It's very bad for me. I stayed here for 3 nights. The wifi didn't work. The TV didn't work. I informed the staff 3 times. No one came to fix anything. The reception staff seemed to work all day. They didn't have a service mind. Sometimes they weren't at the counter. I had to look for them. I was very annoyed. I had to stay here for 3 nights. The yellow water had sediment. It's the worst accommodation I've ever encountered. 👎🏻

Cheap room, very good location, close to everything, can walk. The cleanliness may not be excellent. The bed has hair, itchy, the blanket has stains. But for the price, overall it's good.

Don't book this place. The cleanliness is very poor and there are blood stains on the bed. I was scared as a woman traveling alone. I had goose bumps as soon as I entered the room. I had nightmares and couldn't sleep. When I went back, I found bruises on my body.

I have to call someone to deal with it. If I don't call them, they will pretend not to know. The attitude of the service staff is not that good... It's ridiculous that they don't provide tissue? ? We stayed for a week and normally someone would come to clean up. Here, you don't call them and they pretend not to know😂
#The advantage of living here is that their sockets are international sockets. If you don't bring them, then this is the advantage🤣ermm, if you live here, it's far to the night market in Sunset Town... You can choose to live in a place that's a bit lower,,, here, I only give 3 points out of 10🤣

A huge disappointment – avoid at all costs!
I have never experienced such poor service in all my travels! Check-in is supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, we had to wait over 30 minutes in what they call a “reception” (a tiny room with two chairs and no staff to welcome guests). Because of this delay, our taxi left and we missed a long-planned excursion!
The room was far from clean: gecko droppings on the ceiling, and the air conditioner kept turning off every 20 minutes (impossible to sleep under these conditions). We tried to contact the staff — the young man was unreachable (never answered calls), replied to messages only every 10 minutes, and initially refused to change our room. In the end, they gave us a room from a lower category, with no compensation whatsoever.
To top it all off: no hot water for the bathtub, only for the shower — and even that with extremely low water pressure. The Wi-Fi signal was also incredibly weak, practically unusable.
In short, don’t waste your time or money here. There are far better options in Sunset Town. Just skip this place.
