A very, very bad hotel. This is the first time I have written a negative review so seriously. I have stayed in hotels of all sizes around the world. 1: It’s very, very noisy. The bar downstairs is open until three o’clock in the morning. The bar closes before you can fall asleep. Otherwise, you can’t sleep. I booked it for two days and couldn’t cancel it. I had a headache for two days. When I asked the front desk how to solve the problem, they would only say that they were very sorry. There was no service at all. I didn’t even provide earplugs or offer fruit to express my apology. I went to the bar in my pajamas at around 1 a.m. to communicate by myself and asked the bar to turn down the volume. 2: Serious hidden consumption If we asked for two more bottles of mineral water, we were charged and they sent it to us without informing us in advance. We were told that we needed money. We spent more than 3,000 yuan to book a hotel with a sea view. Even if we asked for more bottles of mineral water, we were charged for it. OK, if you say this is the difference between domestic and foreign companies, it will be fine. It’s not that I haven’t stayed in the hotel, so I’ll forget about the charges. Even the free cable car mentioned in the name of the hotel, including the good reviews in the comment area, made me think that this is such a good hotel. The comment area is too fake! ! ! When we arrived, we said that we wanted to take the cable car. They said that if we check in today, we can only take the cable car tomorrow. We went on a trip and made a diving reservation the next day. There was no way to change the time. We had to pay the front desk for more than 600 yuan for three people. Taking the cable car by ourselves is not flexible at all. If you ask a little bit about anything, you'll be charged a fee. 3: The hotel is old and has poor equipment. It cannot be called a four-star hotel. Everything is bad. There is no service and communication is difficult. Breakfast only has fried eggs and rice noodles and nothing else special. It is a very low-level B&B in China and cannot be considered a four-star hotel. Hygiene is also not up to standard. The balcony is full of garbage and toilet paper. The cleaning staff did not clean the balcony at all. 4: The only advantage is that you can watch the fireworks from the balcony. But it is really not necessary for a few minutes of fireworks. You can see them downstairs, on the road, on the street, and in any store. This is simply a shame.

The receptionist was very kind, and the free city tour was great. I made a big mistake yesterday, but the hotel manager handled it quickly. The hotel is very beautiful. The terrace should have a sea view looking directly at the Kissing Bridge, but there is a bar blocking it, and the bar is constantly playing annoying music, making it impossible to rest! There was also a drone flying past the terrace window, which made me feel very uneasy about my privacy. I have been to Vietnam many times and this hotel feels very average. I will not repurchase it at all! disappointment! Not cost-effective! Not a good feeling! I hope the hotel will update the pictures so that guests won’t misunderstand! The hotel also has good places! The room is clean, the bathroom water temperature is sufficient, the restaurant waiters are friendly and the food is okay...

The location of the hotel is very good. If you book a sea view room, you can see the cable car passing by and watch the nightly fireworks show. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. They also helped answer questions after checking out. It was very heart-warming. Free buggy pickup is provided for easy access. The room is fully equipped and has many sockets, which is very convenient. There are vegetarian options for breakfast which are worthy of praise.
