When I checked in on the first day, I was so shocked and confused because they said the hotel was closed. I managed to check in through the side door, but it felt like the hotel was not managed well. There were a lot of cockroaches and ants. I won't go there again.

The room is large and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the toilet is very smelly, the wash basin is leaking, and no one came to repair the broken water pipe at night. The water kept leaking and the owner did not fix it until the next day. Overall, it feels very bad. It is not recommended to stay in this rubbish hotel.

The location is good, parks are nearby, but be prepared for loud music around, no soundproofing. The hotel is obviously new, but already worn out, and in my opinion, by the workers themselves (very dirty (and this is not that I am picking on, I know that this is Asia, but not to such an extent, we were placed in a room, and it felt like it had not been cleaned for ages, towels and bed linen were clean, water pressure was good, hot water always. A wish to the owner, to be more attentive in cleaning his employees, we stayed for two days, they did not clean us, at our request they replaced the towels without any problems. We practically moved to a neighboring hotel, we do not see this there.
