Pros: - the sea is close; - the furniture, plumbing and electrics are quite new; - there is a free electric bus stop in both directions next to the hotel; - the beach and water are clean, there are no stones either in the sea or on land; - no living insects were found in the room; - there are beach towels. Cons: - a nasty smell from the trash can in the bathroom, as if someone died there, in order to stop the spread of the stench, I did not open the lid of the tank for the entire period of stay; - the air conditioner filter is very clogged, and what's more, access to the air conditioner is difficult due to its location under the ceiling, in order to clean it from dust, I had to build a stand from several pieces of furniture; - the room was quite dirty at the time of check-in (dust everywhere, dead insects and their excrement in all hard-to-reach places, a moldy roll of toilet paper was inserted into the toilet paper holder, there were stains on the bed linen); - warm water only at lunchtime (apparently when the barrel on the roof heats up), sometimes the water pressure weakens significantly and water stops flowing from the tap; - the room was not cleaned; - there is nowhere to dry things (many guests dried their belongings on the dirty porch railings, from where the wind periodically blew everything onto the floor); - sun loungers on the beach are only provided to bar customers, the rest are deprived of their rights. - two 0.5 liter bottles of water upon check-in is all that you will be given; - there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything and everyone.

The hotel is excellent in terms of price-quality ratio! I looked at other bungalows on the first line for the same price, judging by the photos, in my opinion, they are much worse! The main advantage of this hotel for me is the sea, 30 seconds away on foot. The biggest minus is the insects in the room, including cockroaches, I was bitten by someone until I bled and it does not go away. The room is newly renovated, the room is spacious. The air conditioner works well and quietly. The refrigerator, of course, needs to be replaced, it is old. Another thing missing is a large mirror in the room. All bathroom accessories are there, the towels are excellent, the bed linen too, the newest. In the evening, there are problems with hot water. There is zero soundproofing, consider that there are no walls))) It was rarely loud, mainly on weekends, when the Vietnamese moved into the neighboring rooms. Cleaning is a C, well, they swept out the sand. I always threw out the ashtray myself. The beach next to the hotel is good. But there is garbage, like everywhere on the island. The sun loungers on the beach are old. But, once again, in neighboring hotels for such a price, and even more expensive, it is even worse! There is a kettle in the room. They give 2 bottles of water per day. There is a hair dryer, the power of which will not scare away even a fly. There is a volleyball court on the territory. During my stay, two piles of sand were brought for its arrangement, I left, they remained. Not a very nice view. Although at first it seems that the owners care about comfort, at the entrance to the territory there is a very beautiful garden. There is a bar on the beach, you can have a snack and buy fresh juices, coconuts, alcohol. In the evening before sunset, live music or a DJ plays, sees off the sun together with visitors. Very nice! The staff is very polite and unobtrusive! The main road and bus stop are 7-10 minutes away, there is also a store, several cafes. 2-3 bus stops to the north are a little more fun, there is a larger choice of establishments, a large supermarket.
