В целом нам понравилось это место. До пляжа полминуты, до остановок автобусов 5 минут. Рядом много вкусных и с приемлемыми ценами кафе. Приятные администраторы быстро решали все наши вопросы. В номере есть большая бутыль с фильтрованной водой, как закончилась принесли новую. Единственный минус: В душе очень не хватало крючков для полотенец, пригодилась привезенная бельевая веревка.

The main advantage of this hotel for me is the sea, 30 seconds away on foot. The biggest minus is the insects in the room, including cockroaches, I was bitten by someone until I bled and it does not go away. The room is newly renovated, the room is spacious. The air conditioner works well and quietly. The refrigerator, of course, needs to be replaced, it is old. Another thing missing is a large mirror in the room. All bathroom accessories are there, the towels are excellent, the bed linen too, the newest. In the evening, there are problems with hot water. There is zero soundproofing, consider that there are no walls))) It was rarely loud, mainly on weekends, when the Vietnamese moved into the neighboring rooms. Cleaning is a C, well, they swept out the sand. I always threw out the ashtray myself. The beach next to the hotel is good. But there is garbage, like everywhere on the island. The sun loungers on the beach are old. But, once again, in neighboring hotels for such a price, and even more expensive, it is even worse! There is a kettle in the room. They give 2 bottles of water per day. There is a hair dryer, the power of which will not scare away even a fly. There is a volleyball court on the territory. During my stay, two piles of sand were brought for its arrangement, I left, they remained. Not a very nice view. Although at first it seems that the owners care about comfort, at the entrance to the territory there is a very beautiful garden. There is a bar on the beach, you can have a snack and buy fresh juices, coconuts, alcohol. In the evening before sunset, live music or a DJ plays, sees off the sun together with visitors. Very nice! The staff is very polite and unobtrusive! The main road and bus stop are 7-10 minutes away, there is also a store, several cafes. 2-3 bus stops to the north are a little more fun, there is a larger choice of establishments, a large supermarket. Great option. The beach is literally a few meters away, the room is huge, there is a separate bathroom. Inside there is good new equipment, an almost silent inverter air conditioner. Beach towels are provided in any required quantity. The room itself has one king-size bed, a second queen-size and a fold-out sofa. There are many restaurants and a good supermarket nearby on the highway. You can get from the airport by bus 17 and 19 (three minutes walk to the stop). A good, smooth, new road leads from the highway to the hotel. Price-quality is beyond praise; in Phuket such housing would be at least three times more expensive. The only serious drawback is that there is no generator in the accommodation, and blackouts in Fukuoka, alas, are not uncommon (we experienced them twice in 20 days). Overall, I can only recommend it. How many envious glances we saw from tourists who needed to walk or even drive half an hour to the hotel when we entered our room 30 meters from the beach.
