絕！對！不！要！住！
原來是預訂了3天的酒店，晚上8點到步準備入住，店家説找不到訂單，要等。
我們立即跟攜程客服溝通，客服説店家有回覆確認電郵，我們也給了店家看，店家説立即為我們準備房間。
等了快半個小時，看到有一團旅行團入住，都進房了還沒到我們。我們就問店家房間情況，他説還在準備中。結果一個小時後，店家説這3天的房間都滿了，給不了我們。説為我們轉到別的酒店。
當下都傻眼了，一開始就沒房間的話為什麼要我們等一個小時。但旅行團比我們晚來，卻都能入住。
不過當下已經晚上9點多，下飛機後又很累，想説有別的房間入住就算了。
結果，更傻眼。原來$600多一間，夠3人住的房間，轉成$200多，衹能住2人，我們説實在住不了，他們才給我們2間房。
入住後發覺房間環境極差，還沒熱水。跟店家理論，他説也沒辦法。跟攜程客服説，説可以給我們換酒店，但當下只有$200多的，環境也衹當下差不多。
第2天去跟原來的店家理論，已經不想再住了，只是想拿回每天$200的差價，他們也是説沒辦法，實在氣到不行。從來沒試過這麼傻眼的情況！****！

A terrible experience, Staff did not clean the room, shampoo, shower gel were all gone and not replaced , Soundproofing was really bad, Incomplete electrical outlets, booked a room with one bed for 2 couples, When checking in, there were two single beds, My husband and I had to laugh it off😂 😂 😂 😂
