Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Has a decent pool that you can even swim in - it's long enough, around 1.2m deep. Motorcycle-friendly offroad parking area. Bikes for hire to visit the town centre. Lovely breakfast, cooked by friendly and chatty chef. Great option if you are passing through Phrae.

There was a loud noise from outside. The coffee doesn't have creamer (maybe it's good for people who like black coffee). The rest is good. The bed is comfortable.

Formerly a high-class hotel, a little out of date today but spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very pleasant

I am a 63-year-old retired man from Taiwan. I traveled independently in the northern provinces of Thailand. This hotel I booked in Phrae Province is very suitable for me. The hotel operators are a friendly couple who can communicate in English. They have two children. I saw them while having breakfast and thought they were very smart and they should do well in school in the future. The boss told me I and they have been to Taiwan a few months ago, and I welcome them to visit Taiwan again if they have the opportunity.

The hotel is close to the bus stop but far from the city. There is only one restaurant opposite the hotel around. I stayed for three nights and dinner was in the same restaurant every night because there was no choice. Fortunately, the restaurant was affordable and delicious. There is no place to shop, there is no seven-year-old, there is no hot water bottle in the room, pay attention.

Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient. Location: Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location.
