Hotels in Encanto, Phoenix

This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

Our stay at Home2 was wonderful! Great location, clean and beautiful room, professional staff. Lighting in room is excellent. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets in room and a nice bedside charging station.

The environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.

I recommend this hotel to everybody the staff treat you the way your suppose to be treated they made me feel very comfortable

The room wasn't very big, but it was clean and tidy.

The receptionist, Stephanie, provided excellent service. The room was very clean, and the water pressure and drainage were good. Free breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high, and the bed lacked sufficient support.

Some place played music for a couple of hours in the evening... Maybe charch? I could hear the voice of the hall and traffic too. So you better bring an ear plug. Plus, i couldn't close the bathroom door. It's too tight and the risk of being locked in. And no hair dryer again!!!

I love love love this hotel! they have everything you need. they even have extra Linens pillows and their beds are so soft I just can't get enough of this hotel. I highly recommend is five star hotel. there's Breakfast and swimming pool for the whole family. they even have a laundry room and stores nearby if you forgot anyting.

Good hotel in a quiet location-- hospital area. Parking is $10 a day, however there are some street parking spots on Catalina if you're looking to save the parking cost (just pay attention to no parking zones). Carpet was a bit dirty and hotel shows it's age in some aspects, but overall it was a solid place to stay. Area felt generally safe for being in the city core. All staff were pleasant to deal with. I stayed for an event downtown. Was planning to take light rail but the station was sort of marginal so ended up driving. Much better value than the downtown hotels, especially if you'll have a vehicle with you.

It was excellent. We love this place. Are weekend getaway for me and my girlfriend.
