Very good, very good, the outside corridor hotel is rare, the room is large, the suite, there is a microwave oven to make your own food, next time you go to Phoenix, this one is Yuanyuan. highly recommended
Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating.
Excellent environment, friendly and welcoming staff. Makes me want to stay again! Recommended to everyone! This will be my first choice when visiting Phoenix! At night, they picked me up at the 44th floor and took me to the hotel. The service was really great!

Breakfast is quite satisfactory and there is parking. The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are large and quiet. Interestingly, the closer the check-in time is, the cheaper the price will be.
The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com.
The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast.
We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.
I found this on my bed frame, it’s a metal over the bed mattress , I hitting it hurting my leg, but when I went to tell the front desk about it , they took care of it right away . The front desk is very very nice .
The entire of room , very clean and comfortable, I would like to recommend to other to come to stay here and myself again
I come here once or twice a month for work purposes. Love this place. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the room is very spacious.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was great. It smelled delicious. The breakfast was rich. It was very close to the nearest airport. The service was great. There was free fruit. The kids said they liked it very much. I will stay here again next time.
MMOANAJSIt was the best night in this hotel. Font desk staffs are nice and welcome. Bed is so softy and comfy. The good pick up and drop off at the airport.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and very clean. You need to bring your own slippers, toothbrushes and other personal items. The hotel is very close to the airport and ASU. There are several beautiful cacti around the hotel, which are very photogenic. The weather was cold when I checked in, and the room heater worked well with little noise; the American breakfast was average but enough, and Mike at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic, answering all my questions. In short, it was a pleasant stay.
TTAOThe early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)
HHONGHigh cost performance, good facilities, location near the airport, good surrounding environment, breakfast is very good, there is parking lot, the room is large, clean and tidy, service is very good,
GGuest UserThe room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately
GGuest UserWe had some maintenance issues, but they responded quickly and professionally. Room and staff were excellent. Breakfast was personal and delicious. Price was economical.
