Phoenix Hotels with Airport pickup service

High cost performance, good facilities, location near the airport, good surrounding environment, breakfast is very good, there is parking lot, the room is large, clean and tidy, service is very good,

Very good room for a reasonable price, and it comes with a free cookie. Shuttle isn’t 24/7 so you have to watch out for that. There is a pool outside.

We should’ve known it wasn’t going to be a great experience by the location. It was a little scary. We checked in and went to our room And the key didn’t work. Went back to the office and they reprogrammed the key and gave us a new one. This didn’t work. Staff came up a tried and it didn’t. After the forth try they gave us the room next door. The room must’ve been used by Kramer for the Seinfeld episode where he used his apartment for smoking. It was a punch in the face when you walked in. It was so bad bad my CPAP machine smelled like the room the next day.

Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

We booked a suite with king and sofa got the confirmation but the hotel didn’t honor the confirmation Because there is only one suit they booked someone else in But they gave us a room with two double beds with no separation Because we were on the road trip didn’t really mater If you booked a suite make sure you contact this hotel For my five years using the same travel agent to travel the world I never have to contact the hotel to confirm the booking

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the university. The hotel we stayed in was just during the Christmas season. Many people opened the party. Both young and old people are happy. The elderly are very grand. Young people are also very popular.

I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.

Hotel facilities are not bad, the air conditioning sound is too loud. Breakfast is also OK, the traffic is more convenient, there is a light rail at the door, and there is also a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour, you can consider the flight.

Amazing customer service!!! Last minute booking when my flights were canceled. Laura was very nice and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and she took the time to evaluate available choices. She was very patient when I called twice asking about their airport shuttle, recommended a reliable taxi service for my 3:30am pickup back to the airport. Loved their Re Fuel Pantry had fresh healthy options. Trevor at the bar was on point recommending a glass of wine for me to destress after the craziness of the airport frenzy of cancelations. What a lovely oasis of calm so close to the airport. Best customer service I've experienced at a hotel in our post pandemic world.

It was really nice to have a grocery store near by and if you’re up to take a decent walk to Target or Burlington when you forget to bring something then this is the place for you. The breakfast was okay (not the best). My room as clean so I had no complaints because I really inspect. The view from my room was bad but looking out my room from the entrance was great. Other than that, the staff was nice. Loved that they had shuttles to take you to and from the airport (which isn’t that far) so that was very convenient. Also, getting to the downtown of Phoenix or even Scottsdale area was really good because Ubers and Lyft’s were well priced.
