Front desk was very helpful.  Had a long morning traveling and they were able to get us an early check-in.  Much appreciated.

My husband and I were in town for Spring Training and we stayed here for 5 nights.  The location is great, right off a freeway.  Which also made it a little noisy as our room faced the freeway.  The room was spacious and comfortable.  The room came with a small fridge with small freezer and coffee maker. We didn't use the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that.  For us, the location was great.  This hotel was within 15-20 of the ballparks we went to.  

I stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of location near the Fear Farm Sports & Entertainment Complex.  On first observation the hotel was clean and staff was friendly enough.  Unfortunately the positives ended there.  The main issue was the noise.  I thought a train was going by and was patiently waiting for it to be gone.  Unfortunately the noise was persistent and was only occasionally drowned out by the even somehow louder air conditioning unit.  The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, sagging in the middle.  For the price and a brand I've learned to trust, this hotel missed the mark.  It's worth a longer drive to find an alternative.

Michael is cool!!! Room is almost brand new and the cleanest I’ve had ever. Michael made sure to put me in a quite room. I’ve been with Marriott for four years! I’ll make this my stay every time I come back to Phoenix.
