I had a great stay at Nagaworld 2. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. I especially enjoyed the luxurious rainfall shower and the tasteful room decor. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort. The location is perfect and the customer service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from daily. My son loved the pool. The hotel environment was relaxing which was much needed after being out during the day touring the city.

Everything is perfect, staff is amazing, especially thanks to Lydie from the front desk team: she is the perfect example of a proactive hospitable person who is always way beyond your best expectations. I can say that Lydie was very professional, friendly, and helpful during my stay experience at Rosewood Phnom Penh. I will choose Rosewood again next time when I travel to Phnom Penh.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

hotel room is clean ,breakfast have lots of variant and taste good.But hotel management need to provide VIP parking lot infront of hotel lobby for big bike,because it is very uncomfortable if need to park at basement and then walk around 5 minute to the hotel ....

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. Celebrated my kid birthday last month in July 2022 at Ban Ban Hotel roof top, Ban Ban Sky Bar. Nice and cozy place to relax and enjoy with great foods and service. And it’s only 15 minutes drive from the phnom penh intl airport.

I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

This must have been a very impressive hotel in its heyday. Unfortunately it is now a bit old and tired and in need of a refurbishment so I wouldn't call it 5 star luxury. Bathrooms have been upgraded but nothing else. The hotel is HUGE, as is the pool which is the biggest I've ever seen. However it felt like a ghost town as there was hardly anyone there, mainly just business people and we didn't see another soul on our floor or in the lifts during our stay. While it has a wonderful view of the river (we were on the 9th floor), there is nothing close by and restaurants, bars etc are on the other side of the river. There is a ferry nearby to cross the river for about 25 cents, or you can take a taxi. It has obviously not recovered from the pandemic as a few of the restaurants and bars are closed. We had dinner one night in the Italian restaurant, the Bel Cibo. It is a huge room but completely lacking in ambience, no music, glaring bright lights and tired old furniture sp****ly dotted around an enormous space. We were the only ones there apart from a table of business people, who at 7.30pm had a corporate business video playing on a large TV on the wall. To make this lack of ambience worse, the food was also very ordinary - my seafood spaghetti was cold, lacked flavour and had very little seafood. Breakfast buffet was OK but we've had much better. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful and grateful for tourists staying there.

On any visit to Phnom Penh, my choice of hotel is automatic: Raffles Le Royal. From reception desk hospitality to guest room comfort/leanliness to relaxing hotel spa to spacious swimming pools, all is maintained at a five-star-plus level. Plus, the entire staff could not be nicer nor more professional. I spent 4 nights there in September and was delighted at every turn. I’ll recommend Raffles’ The Elephant Bar for entertaining. I will also call out the dining room for consistently super service and excellent breakfasts. My favorite? Pancakes, as whipped up by chef Sifa Coi. While I’m sure her culinary talents extend far and wide, I always compliment Sifa on making the best pancakes in Southeast Asia. Au kun cheraown (thank you very much) to the entire team at Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh. See you again just as soon as I can.
