Nice hotel with swimming pool. Comfortable bed and the restaurant with variety of menu. In this area there are Italian, Greek, Japanese dining bars to chill out. Overall quite happy to stay here..

My stay was perfect. Everyone was friendly and makes you feel like you’re home. My breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy your trip with a chill time.

The room is great and affordable, the location is in the heart of the city

The location is great, the room was very tiny. Not very happy with the service. I checked out and forgot some fruits and my wooden hair brush there. Went back and the fruits were gone which is understandable, but so was the hair brush. Basically no lost and found. Finders keeper on the spot. Be careful when packing your stuff.

The room was listed as being on the 2nd floor, this was untrue. It should also be known that when you enter their lobby (the back of the convenience store), that is Level G, after a half-flight of stairs (about 9 steps), you will be on Level L Then, after a full-flight of stairs, you will be on the 1st floor, and so on. My room was on the 3rd floor (that is, 1/2 floor + 4 floors of stairs), there is NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. When I explained that the website says 2nd floor, they would not change me to the 2nd floor, they said ”your room is on the 3rd floor”. They did help me carry one of my bags up the stairs (4 1/2 floors) to the ”3rd floor”. They do have rooms on the 2nd floor but they are not listed on trip.com. I do not recommend this hotel to those who are tired, aged, disabled, or have lots of bags to carry up, or who plan to come and go from the hotel a lot. Also, the air-conditioner is under-powered for that room for quick-cooling -- it took about 3 hours for the room to get cooled-down, that's almost half the night, but it did finally cool the room. All that said, the room itself was fine, and it is nice to have a convenience store as the lobby for getting cool water and such, because there is no frig in the room. It had both a tub bath and a separate shower - nice. It is in a good location that is close to many restaurants, the river, etc. and the price is good for that.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The six bed dormitory room is spacious, the staffs there were so nice. The hostel located close to the riverside, so you could get the stunning view at the rooftop. It also close to 24/7 convenience store like Big C Mini. The only thing for that this hostel should improve is the bed curtain, as you could see in the photo, the curtain's length just cover half of the bed, which make me feel not that privacy.

This hotel is not near the city center but it’s a nice place. The staff speak basically zero English, but we figured everything out. The service was what one would expect. There is a little cafe at the front of the hotel. It’s maybe a 30 minute walk to go to the city center.

Room was okay to say the least, half the lights in our room didn’t work or didn’t have lightbulbs. Wifi was non existent unless you were in the lobby or the first floor. It was okay for what we paid. Bonus that it was only a 5 mins walk to the genocide museum!

Small hotel in a great location (a kilometre walk from the square in the south and the bars in the north). Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and very spacious, but all the plug sockets looked as if they were about to fall out of the walls and there was no soap/shampoo in the dispensers in the bathroom.
