Overall, it's okay. It's just that it's a bit difficult to communicate in English. As a native English guest, I need to explain at least 2-3 times to understand. This doesn't matter, but what needs improvement is that they have hot water for bathing. It is limited, and it is basically impossible to wash with hot water for more than 10 minutes. You need to stop and wait for the tank to continue burning. You can continue to wash it, which is more environmentally friendly

Not bad, the rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, and the restaurant is next to the pool. The pizza is delicious and the service attitude is good, but you can't pay by credit card, you need cash. But it seems that most of Cambodia is like this

We came as a group of 4 friends and decided to book a family suite. There was sometimes a smell coming from the bathroom. The pool is the best feature of this hotel. The location is pretty far from most of the attractions, 20 minutes away by taxi. Don't lose your key card, the fine is 10 USD.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The highlight of my visit was definitely the stunning balcony view—waking up to that every morning was a dream. The in-suite bathtub was also fabulous; it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Room service exceeded my expectations; every meal was delicious and promptly delivered. I was particularly impressed with the daily cleaning service; the room was maintained to a high standard, making it feel fresh and inviting throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience with impeccable service and luxurious amenities. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is to simple. The apartment was huge but the sleeping rooms were small and rare distributed ! Our apartment was a 3 bedroom, with kitchen and washing machine . The room was very clean but it didn’t have any pictures it was totally white … the worst part is THE BREAKFAST!! It’s in a coffee outside the hotel and the really small buffet it’s really sad!! It’s a simple 4 star hotel but because the breakfast I will give it a 3!

Environmental sanitation and service are all OK. But the soundproofing of the room is too poor. When I was sitting in the hall, the child next door was crying. It felt like the wall didn't exist. I stayed for 3 days and the child next door cried for 3 days. Even if I closed the bedroom door, I could still hear the child crying.
