It is a mystery to me how this accommodation got 4 stars and an average rating of 4.7. There is no service, the floor was sticky, the tiles were dirty, the wardrobe was broken, the mattress was deformed, the shower was broken and there was no hot water at times. My request for a second pillow at reception around 10 p.m. was turned down because housekeeping was no longer in the building. The entrance to the accommodation is on a dark side street.
