The location is good, there are some supermarkets and food nearby, and it is also close to the riverside park. All aspects are good. The only drawback is that the air-conditioning is really not cold enough. It is not very cool even after turning it on for a long time. It was so hot in the afternoon that I sweated a little. I thought it was broken, and asked the counter to help check it. I was told that it was normal and had to accept it. I am afraid of heat so I am not very satisfied.
