There are cockroaches in the room. It's poorly maintained. The photos are old, and the premises have aged badly because they're poorly maintained. There are few outlets in the rooms. The staff is numerous but not very efficient. The breakfast is okay, but the toaster is broken, and no one cares. Although there are plenty of staff at breakfast time, they don't notice when the coffee machine stops working... they're all on their phones all the time. In short, no, I'm not very happy with the hotel. The photos don't reflect reality.
I had trouble sending my postcards because of Songkran, and they didn't want to send them for me, lol. A real 0/10 for service.
