It was my first business trip and I booked a hotel online. The environment was very quiet, the room was very clean, the front desk service was very friendly, and there were many delicious foods nearby.

I can’t see how this hotel gets good reviews. It’s down a shady street you wouldn’t want to be late at night. Noisy from music next door. The rooms are old and really dirty. Disgusting marks all over the walls, filthy sofa covered in stains. Holes in the bed linen. Tiny bathroom with water that constantly ran hot and cold. They also wanted a $20 deposit which I find ridiculous. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh in much nicer areas for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.
