I booked the room one day in advance and by the time I arrived, the room still wasn’t ready. I had to wait 40mins for the room to be ready.

Good and best quality

It was spacious and clean, so it would have been great if there were no drawbacks, but there were so many drawbacks that the negatives outweighed the negatives. First of all, the women at the reception desk were not motivated, and they gave me a rough explanation, and I couldn't even check in properly, so I had to wait more than 10 minutes. They were also unfriendly. I was surprised. On top of that, when I tried to use the hair dryer provided, white smoke came out and my heart almost stopped. It was very scary. They replaced it later, but I had to go all the way to the reception on the first floor to negotiate, which was an unnecessary stress. The biggest drawback was that there was no hot water, so I had to take showers with fresh water all day, and I almost caught a cold. There was no boiler, and when I asked the next day, I was told, "Please turn on the boiler." However, it is ridiculous for a guest to turn on the boiler. In that case, an explanation should be given at check-in! I understood that it was the type of place that was equipped with home appliances, unlike a hotel, but there were no tissues, not enough toilet paper, and there were poor supermarkets and restaurants around the inn. It was extremely inconvenient as it faced an area with heavy traffic. What's more, the people living on the same floor always leave their doors open while cooking or listening to music. Even with the door closed, you can hear it quite loudly. The place was fairly clean, but there were two big stains on the sheets and the sofa still had stains that couldn't be removed with cloth, so I was afraid to sit on it. I think it might be good for men who don't mind too much. The rooms are spacious and there is no dryer, but there is a washing machine. I will never stay here again.
