The room smelled a bit musty.
The air conditioner was very noisy. I couldn't rest at night.
The breakfast service attitude was really average. The fruit was not replenished after the first round. And there were very few choices. The chef had a bad face.

The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, with a special mention for Ms. Lily at the front desk. She has been incredibly helpful and assisted us with our late evening check-in. The hotel also offers a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant.
