3-Star Hotels in Philadelphia

Trip.com was very helpful but from the beginning this hotel failed us. We arrived at 9pm to check in, room was not ready until 11pm. With a very cranky sleepy 3yr old. I called the hotel 3 days before check in to request a crib/pack and play and it was not given to us. I had to go to front desk 3 times to request one. Very good location, decent rooms but horrible housekeeping staff and follow through.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good.

Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too. Room was nice and clean and comfy Staff were beautiful and polite Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow.

Great stay At this location for my family and I. Great location for sports events Phillies and eagles games. Great for touring the city of Philadelphia center city is near by old city. You also can see the navy ships on the dock.

This hotel was the best price-to-hotel experience value I have ever experienced in a hotel room. I found a shockingly low rate through a travel site. The reviews here were generally positive, so I booked it, even though I almost always book directly through the hotel. I was afraid the deal was too good to be true. It was not. Staying in the Residence Inn was a great experience. First, the location is ideal. The hotel is across the street from City Hall and within a block of subway stations for both lines. It's a 5-minute walk to JFK Plaza (the Love sculpture), a 5-minute walk to the Reading Terminal Market, a less than 5-minute walk to the restaurants and bars on 13th Street south of Market, and a 10-minute walk to the Independence Hall/Liberty Bell area. There is also a Phlash bus stop two blocks away, and from there you are a quick bus ride to the Old City section east and the museums north/west. It was about 15 minutes on the subway to the sports stadiums in the south part of the city. The hotel is really ideally placed in the city for visitors. The service was really good. The front desk agents were super nice and super helpful. The workers in the breakfast area were also very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice. It felt like an old building that had been recently renovated. It's not luxurious, but it's clean, attractive and nicely maintained. The room itself was a true suite, with a bedroom with a door and a room (where you walk in) that had a living area, a full kitchen (full-size fridge, stove, microwave, etc.), and a table with chairs. There are TVs in both rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained in the room. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. It was just a really comfortable place to be. The room had one of my favorite features: The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom door, so one person could use the sink while the other went to the bathroom or took a shower. Our room came with breakfast, which was open 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. during the week and until 10 a.m. on the weekends. It was a standard hotel buffet (like a Hampton Inn), with fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, milk, bread, etc. Oddly, there were no pastries or anything else dessert-like. My only real complaint about the buffet was that they routinely ran out of a lot of things, regardless of the time we went to breakfast. The only negative of the whole experience was the bathroom itself. It was clean, but it was more beat up and not as new or nice as the rest of the room. I would not have cared much about that, but the bigger problem is that rather than a curtain or full door for the tub/shower, there was a swinging door that only covered a little more than half of the tub. The first time I showered, the door was not in the perfect position, so the floor was filled with water when I got back. I also don't like showering when half the tub is wide open. The hotel is exactly what you would expect - a Hampton Inn in the middle of a large city. Parts of the neighborhood around it are not that great but it is almost adjacent to the convention center and I always felt safe. The hotel staff/security are very visible at all times. What makes this an excellent rating for me is the staff. The staff at this hotel are TOP NOTCH! Every single employee was kind, caring, and engaging. A shout out to Kevin who helped me get receipts together for submitting for business expenses. They even mailed a sweater to me that I left behind. Just can't say enough about the wonderful customer service at this hotel.

Everything about my brief stay at this hotel in Philadelphia was fantastic. The room was perfect - quiet, comfortable, and clean - and the location terrific. Best of all was all the kind and accommodating assistance I received from the three young women at the reception desk, Sam, Shai, and Dayana. As a seasoned traveler, it's always nice to have such courteous, helpful people available at most anytime; indeed they also seemed to embody the congenial tone of the entire delightful hotel. A great visit.

首先，地理位置優越，處於市中心，在12街，費城市政廳附近，從機場乘坐火車🚆到JEFFERSON站下，走幾步路就到了，酒店對面就是一個百年老市場，各國美食都有，很熱鬧，酒店房間大（家庭房），鍋碗瓢盆/餐具/微波爐/吐司爐/咖啡機/冰箱/洗碗機等等一應俱全，但酒店包含自助早餐，所以這些炊具也沒用上。。。 中國城在9街，步行即可到達，餐飲比較地道。。。 但費城大多數商場19點即關門了，天黑前要回到酒店哦，儘量不要在外逗留！！

The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The staff were not overly friendly, the hotel is in a good location and is easily walkable to most of the main sites in the area . The location becomes a little intimidating at night with homeless in the street outside the front doors. Parking is hugely expensive
