Very, very nice hotel, this is the second time we've been here, but this time we found the staff very unfriendly, not very helpful, almost bothering us to get kicked out at 11 a.m. knowing that check-in was at 4 p.m. Upon arrival at Phi Phi port, there was no support from the hotel, we had to manage on our own by taking a boat taxi at our expense for 1500 baht. We explained this upon arrival at the reception, we were told that we had to book on the hotel's website or call them, whereas when we arrived in Phi Phi, there was a hotel boat that couldn't take us, telling us that it was full and that we should have booked on the hotel's website knowing that they knew we were arriving.
The hotel promised us a free return trip, but on the day of departure we had to pay another 600 baht. Then our arrival at the hotel was pathetic; it looked like a factory.
Honestly, we spent a month on vacation and booked lower-rated hotels, yet we received much better service and friendliness, which was a shame. Aside from the beauty of the place and the village right next door, the staff didn't live up to the standards of the place.

바다가 너무 예뻐 감탄햇네요~
리조트 내에 액티비티를 이용했어요.
스노쿨링도 너무 만족했고요
바다가 너무너무너무 이뻐요~^^
숙소 앞 바다에서 수영하고 놀았는데
물들어오면 너무 투명하고 예뻐서 눈에 담기 벅찼어요^^
다만 모기가 너무 많고
음식이 별로고, 그에 비해 값이 높다는 점
뒤로 마을쪽 로컬음식점도 값이 높습니다
물론 타이거새우같은 비싼걸 먹었지만,
대부분 높습니다 ^^
한끼당 10만원은 훌쩍~ 넘었네요 (성인2 아이1)
저는 한국의 컵라면과김치와햇반이 넘 필요했어요. ~ ㅎㅎ
그래도 다시 간다면
피피섬 중 제일 깨끗한 이 곳에 묵을 듯 ~

Getting to the hotel is not easy. We bought a speedboat, it took us an hour straight to the hotel. But on the way back we paid local boatmen, they took us to Cape Tonsai, and from there we went on a speedboat to Phuket. About the hotel itself - I liked it and definitely recommend it. We paid an extra 1 thousand baht per day on the spot to upgrade the room closer to the sea. We did not take a stroller so that it would be easier for the baby to walk. I advise you to take it everywhere on the paths. Pros - Decent breakfasts, beautiful rooms.

Excellent resort, highly memorable trip. Very entertaining and peaceful together.
Cons -
Night lighting on internal roads of resort is not good, might be dangerous to some due to insects, snakes and reptiles.
The slide in fun pool has some sharp edges.
