Très déçue par cet hôtel. infrastructures vieillissantes et mal entretenues( poignets des véranda, salle de bain) il y avait de mauvaise odeurs sur les draps et le matelas Pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres, sachant que j’ai fait deux chambres différentes les deux étaient identiques La nourriture est bien trop chère pour ce que c’est. Et les transferts vers l’île coûtent une fortune. À éviter

I love the feeling of PP North. I have stayed in this hotel many times. The experience is closely related to the room allocation. I am quite satisfied this time. I don't ask for anything in terms of breakfast and facilities on the island. I will choose this hotel again when I go to PP

Bad experince, we were unlucky probably with the clean of the room and the situation. I think there could be more attention to clean pf the rooms and maintenance of the service; it should be a 4 star hotel.
Also the movement from the port is difficult and expensive, at least should be provided a service at the first arrival.

They took 15,990 baht off me when the property was accidentally booked by myself when I mistakenly booked it meaning to book the hotel next door. I know, a mistake on my part, but it was all done due to the stress we were put through here where we had already checked in and checked out due to the state of the rooms.
Never in my life have I experienced such rude staff.
Booked and requested to cancel within 5 minutes after noticing it was a mistake as we previously had to leave here due to the state of the rooms and how unhygienic they were.
Would highly recommend not to stay here.
Have pictures of what we witnessed upon arrival, and it is extremely hard to explain how bad the smell was in the room also.
A really disappointing visit. No help whatsoever.
Should not be 4 stars. More of a budget hostel set up with poor staff.

Koh Phi Phi Holiday Resort offers a peaceful escape with stunning beachfront views and a great mix of nature and comfort. I enjoyed the friendly service, delicious breakfast options, and the relaxing atmosphere away from the busier parts of the island. The private beach was a definite highlight! While some areas of the resort could use a little refresh, overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great choice for those seeking serenity on Phi Phi Island.

The environment is good. There are not many people on the island. It is very quiet. The room is very clean. The room is in the second row by the sea. The journey from Phuket is too much. You need to transfer to a big ship. The speedboat is too bumpy.
