Beautiful accommodation, good service, but…. 1. We booked 2 rooms and wrote a note asking for adjacent rooms because there were elderly people. But when we arrived, we got adjacent rooms with 1 room in the middle. 😓 (It is expected that the room we stayed in first might have had a damaged floor and asked to change to the middle room. The customer who arrived later like us got this room.) 2. When we entered the room, the floor was damaged and peeled as shown in the picture. 3. The air conditioner was not cool. When we opened the air filter, it turned out that there was a lot of dust, so we cleaned it ourselves. 4. There were many trees in front of every room and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mosquitoes flew into the room very quickly, even though we closed the door quickly and did not leave it open. 5. At the pool area, if the sky starts to get dark, there will be a lot of mosquitoes, unusually many. In front of the room, there is a table and low chairs to sit and relax, but you can't sit for long because there are a lot of mosquitoes. 6. The picture of the mosquito bites is the bite in front of the room and in the room while sleeping. Things I would like to improve 1. Have the technician check the condition of the room all the time. 2. There are a lot of trees, beautiful decoration, but I would like you to find a way to get rid of mosquitoes completely because small children are allergic to mosquitoes or may get dengue fever. Apart from that… All the staff provided good service. Please help spray mosquito repellent, rearrange the room, and smile.
