Hotels near Mui Ne Beach, Phan Thiet

I moved from a 4-star hotel to this 4-star hotel, just to experience and realize that the reception area and professionalism are worlds apart. This hotel has many group guests so it's quite messy. But that's why the organization is better. The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic: 1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it? 2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom? In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout? The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards. The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap... The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee... The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel... With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

The hotel is very new, the service is warm, and the breakfast is very rich. The facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is large, there are two water slides, there is an indoor playground, a table tennis room, etc., adults and children will have a lot of fun. There are not many shells on the beach, but they are complete and beautiful. At night, the seafood restaurant next to it, eating a seafood feast by the sea, is quite delicious and relaxing. It is a good choice for travel and vacation.

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

The small villa near the beach has the advantage of being quiet. There are basically no people in this location. You can sit in a daze at the wine shop on the beach for an afternoon, suitable for one person to empty. The disadvantage is that the beach is dirty and not managed much. At night, there will be mice running around on the beach.

It was recently built, so both the building and the furniture are new. Close to Mui Ne sand dunes. The water pressure is good and the ceiling is high so you don't feel stuffy. There is no separate front desk, so you have to find the young male owner nearby to check in. There are no black bugs, but as night falls, a lot of small bugs come out. The location is in an alley, but there are dogs left loose in the neighborhood and there are two dogs in the accommodation. please refer to this.

При заселении предложили другой отель этой же сети с бассейном (Fairy hills). Мы согласились и не пожалели. Единственный минус - отель находится далековато от кафе и магазинов. До пляжа около километра. Номера чистые, красивые, со свежим ремонтом, в номере хорошо пахнет. Белоснежное постельное. Дружелюбный персонал, заселили рано. Хозяйка угощает по утрам настоящим вьетнамским кофе, кофе просто волшебный. Бассейн великолепный, чистый. Территория отеля ухоженная, есть шезлонги. Вай фай хороший на всей территории отеля. Отлично высыпались, в отеле очень тихо - ни лая собак, ни крика петухов. Брали джип тур на ресепшене. Можно аредовать байк. До автобуса увезли на байке.

There is a new public kitchen with a gas stove, but I didn't use it because I found it a bit troublesome to ask the landlord to refill the bottled gas. There is a Mixue Ice City outside the alley, and opposite is Mui Ne Fishing Village Park Công viên Làng chài Mũi Né. The sunset view is beautiful, there are many barrel boats on the sea, and there are many freshly caught seafood on the beach, which can be brought back to the hotel to cook or asked to cook for you. The location is convenient. It takes about half an hour to walk north for about 2 kilometers to reach the city center, where restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient.

The location is a bit out of the center, but the restaurants, accommodations, and swimming pool are satisfactory. You can get to the center in about 10 minutes by taxi. The swimming pool is 80cm-1m high, so it is a good place for families with children to play. It is also connected to the beach, so you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. Since the hotel is by the beach, the door is old, so it would be good to fix the lock on the entrance door neatly.

It’s a great resort, with restaurants and bars. We upgraded to a family room which is a loft room perfect for family with kids and need space and privacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, called the bus company for us to make reservations. Breakfast is very good and there’s also a simple afternoon tea, coffee with cake. We were able to skip lunch by having late breakfast, afternoon tea then dinner at the resort. If you reserve your table before 4pm, you’ll get a 10% discount! There are multiple pools which are well maintained and not so crowded. The beach is connected to the hotel with decent water. They should try to clean up the beach better as there are plastic that washes up to the beach.
