The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down. Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

The environment is very good, there are two swimming pools, the children's playground and the sand pile are the favorites of children. I stayed in the pool view room, which is also close to the beach, but there was an unpleasant smell in the house, probably because the wood in the house was damp. The breakfast here is very rich, and I am generally satisfied.

The hotel's internal facilities are relatively poor, but everything else is OK. It is next to the sea.

Отличный отель, сервис на уровне, много свободных лежаков, персонал не навязчивый. Номера чистые и убирались каждый день. Сантехника новая. До моря 10 шагов 🙏 Единственный минус не хватало освещения в номере. На 5 этаже топ руфтоп, с европейскими диджеями и офигенными коктейлями. Расположение отеля очень удачное, вам не надо никуда ехать покушать, что то купить и тд и тп . Все рядом буквально в шаговой доступности.

Nice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

It's nice hotel with great view to the beach. Room is spaces, new and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyable time staying at the hotel. Will be back next time.

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

Самый лучший отель в Муйне, отдыхаем в нем не первый раз. Отель находится в самом центре поселка, кафе, магазинчики, аптеки и проч начинаются прямо на выходе с территории отеля. Персонал выше всяких похвал, любая просьба выполняется моментально. Очень чистая ухоженная территория, на пляже и возле бассейна всегда есть свободные лежаки (отель был полностью заполнен), работник несколько раз в день выравнивает песок. Есть счастливые часы когда можно получить бесплатно мороженое в кафе на пляже. Очень вкусные завтраки и обслуживание за завтраком, очень вкусные блинчики пекут. Нам дали ваучеры на 2 бесплатных массажа в spa отеля. При выезде (мы выезжали после завтрака) дали нам в дорогу бутерброды, фрукты, водичку. Контингент отеля большей частью европейцы, немного китайцев, немного русских. Обязательно еще вернемся❤️

I stayed here for one night on a trip with my mother, as we went from Ho Chi Minh City. We booked a bus from Hanh Cafe on 12Go for about 1,300 yen? It was a 3-hour ride, but we were comfortable in a private sleeper bus, and when we got to the front of the hotel, they called out to us and let us off. When we arrived, most of the other guests seemed to be Vietnamese, and there were photo shoots going on everywhere. Not many staff members spoke English, so it was a little difficult to communicate, but they were all kind. They told us to use WhatsApp to contact them from the room because there was no phone at the front desk, but we didn't have a WhatsApp account, and we couldn't get a phone number to open one, so it was a bit of a hassle, and we ended up having to come to the front desk if we needed anything. It would be convenient if they could provide other ways to contact us, such as messenger. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view room, which was really nice. The beach was right in front of us, and we could watch Netflix and YouTube on the screen that was lowered to the door, so at night we closed the curtains and enjoyed bathing in the bathtub in front of the bed. There are two types of dinner sets at the restaurant, both of which were luxurious with a large plate of seafood dishes. It was all served at once at the beginning, and we couldn't finish it all for two people, so we left about half of it. Still, it was not too expensive at 9,000 yen for two people, and above all, it was a wonderful experience to be able to have dinner quietly in front of the beach where the sun was setting. However, during dinner, a rat was crawling around in front of our eyes, and my mother was screaming and couldn't calm down lol. In the morning, a centipede-like insect came into the room, which may be a shock for those who are particular about cleanliness, but I think it's to be expected at a hotel where you can enjoy nature. The best part of this stay was the time on the beach in the morning. We could go down to the beach as soon as we left the room, so we enjoyed picking up shells and sketching while watching the sun rise. Overall, it was a great experience. Customer-oriented staff, for the most part. - Breakfasts are not as varied as we would like, given the concept without beef, pork, etc. Insufficient variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as the lack of fish and seafood not included in pasta and other things. Some furniture in the room and by the pool is already tired.
