The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

Although the location is a bit far from the center, all the staff are friendly and provide good service. The facilities inside are beautiful, and even though there was a problem with the reservation, they upgraded the room, so I had a good time. I liked the nature-friendly antique room!

We extended our room for another day, this time the trip to Dalat was postponed and we happily stayed for another day. We spent almost the entire day enjoying the hotel. Good massage. Happy hours until 2:00 pm with a discount. A large pool for those who like to swim. Afternoon tea on Fridays and Saturdays. Our room 202 was in building 2, with a beautiful view of the sea, the sound of the surf is heard even with a noisy air conditioner), just a huge terrace allowing you to relax and sunbathe without going to the beach or to the pool, and the room is practically not visible from the street, only on one side where the washbasin area is, you can see the neighboring windows .. only there were Roman blinds released, the other windows were not curtained at all. Such privacy suited us 100% - our most basic requirement for a vacation. Then a spacious room, not very far from the main infrastructure and so that you can walk a lot near the hotel, there are plenty of beaches, we went to the tourist area by taxi, used the Grab application, but there are also a lot of taxis waiting behind the hotel, we often walked back, we like to walk and stroll a lot. It's a pity that the hotel removed the bike rental service, they were old and not safe. But on the other hand, when we were on vacation, it was very hot, and you can ride bikes either very early in the morning or after sunset. We had an early departure and they packed us breakfast for the road (sandwich, egg, yogurt, fruit, water) We recommend the hotel. And if we decide to vacation in Mui Ne, we will choose Poshanu again.

The hotel is great! It has 4 stars, but in fact it is like 5. The room is not tired, it is nicely located. The beach is clean, the food is excellent. Very quiet, although it is fully occupied (on the Asian New Year). There is a shop opposite, the center is 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. An excellent non-smelly gym and a children's play area. Friendly staff! I would definitely come back if I came to this coast again.

The sanitation is very good, the service attitude of the service staff is very good, and the breakfast is quite good. The rooms are spacious, sunny, and well ventilated. The most important thing is that the beach scenery is very beautiful, the beach service staff are very good, but it is more convenient to travel, there are good seafood shops nearby. The best thing is that there is steam in it, and the massage feels the best.

Wonderful hotel. Small territory, but very cozy, all in greenery and flowers, compact. We lived in a villa with a sea view - this made our holiday magical. Wide beach line, probably the widest of all the hotels in Mui Ne. Even if people walk along the beach - they walk far from you. Sun loungers with straw umbrellas are on the beach, just opposite the villas, it is very convenient to move in swimsuits from the beach directly to your villa. Each villa has its own small terrace with chairs and benches. The layout of the villa is thought out: there is a hall with a sofa, armchairs, a table, there is also a wardrobe, a counter with a refrigerator, a coffee / tea station, a separate bedroom with a work area and a dressing table. And, of course, a bathroom with a tropical shower in the open air with a beautiful green corner. Excellent cleaning in the rooms, everything was always cleaned, towels and bed linen were changed. It was nice to receive a welcome basket of fruit and on the day before departure they also brought a basket of fruit. The spa is good, the prices were pleasing, you can go for a relaxing massage. The staff is always friendly, everyone smiles and says hello. The breakfasts are delicious, although not very varied, but you will definitely not go hungry. By location: - the hotel is located between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, by taxi to the center of the tourist area in Mui Ne 100K dong (400 rubles), to Lotte in Phan Thiet 120K dong (480 rubles). - there are only a couple of cafes nearby, a laundry room is right there, money exchange and bike rental are right there. There is nothing else nearby, you need to get everywhere by taxi or bike. It will be a long way to walk. We periodically had lunch/dinner in a cafe with red tablecloths, next to the hotel. The cafe is run by a family, very nice people and the food was delicious, the same price as in Mui Ne. They also took things to the laundry and exchanged money. We really liked this hotel for its comfort, the location of the villas, the beach. Yes, it is located away from the tourist area, but we only liked it. There are very few Russian tourists in the hotel, Germans, Vietnamese. In principle, there were not many people in the hotel, which also appealed to us very much.
