The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

Anantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. I stumbled and stumbled, my legs hurt badly but I didn't understand what was happening until I saw two water pipes leading up to the bathroom door. This was incomprehensible in a hotel, and a 4-star hotel at that. I moved from a 4-star hotel to this 4-star hotel, just to experience and realize that the reception area and professionalism are worlds apart. This hotel has many group guests so it's quite messy. But that's why the organization is better. The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic: 1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it? 2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom? In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout? The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards. The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap... The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee... The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel... With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

We had a rest in the beginning of November. The hotel is located in one of the most convenient places of the beach line. Cafes, shops within walking distance, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The staff is friendly, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, as well as beach towels. Breakfasts were practically the same, but there was always something to choose from, children also have pasta, omelettes, sausages, cereals and pastries. From fruits pitahaya, watermelon, bananas, papaya, mango, pineapple, passion fruit. At the bar you can order something to eat during the day or just drink coffee with cheesecake. In the evening (Tue, Fri, Sat) at the hotel you can have dinner, cooked on the grill: seafood, salads, also fruits and pastries

Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. Mainly because I went to VKS to learn kitesurfing, I booked this hotel. It is a resort hotel with a large interior and good green plants. It is also located in a seaside room with a balcony and bathtub. You can directly see the sea from the balcony. , seems to have two swimming pools, breakfast is good, when there are few people, it is a la carte, when there are many people, it is self-service, there will be a lot of bugs, the male front desk service attitude is very good, there are people to help when checking in I had to carry my luggage, but one of the girls at the front desk didn't speak English well and it was quite difficult to communicate. I called the front desk to extend my stay. She didn't understand my English and hung up on me. I was a little speechless. Everything else was good. , will go again

The location is a bit out of the center, but the restaurants, accommodations, and swimming pool are satisfactory. You can get to the center in about 10 minutes by taxi. The swimming pool is 80cm-1m high, so it is a good place for families with children to play. It is also connected to the beach, so you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. Since the hotel is by the beach, the door is old, so it would be good to fix the lock on the entrance door neatly.

It’s a great resort, with restaurants and bars. We upgraded to a family room which is a loft room perfect for family with kids and need space and privacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, called the bus company for us to make reservations. Breakfast is very good and there’s also a simple afternoon tea, coffee with cake. We were able to skip lunch by having late breakfast, afternoon tea then dinner at the resort. If you reserve your table before 4pm, you’ll get a 10% discount! There are multiple pools which are well maintained and not so crowded. The beach is connected to the hotel with decent water. They should try to clean up the beach better as there are plastic that washes up to the beach.
