Spa Hotels in Phan Thiet

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

Wonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.

My family and I are very impressed with the service given by the staff at the resort. They are attentive and very nice even though we have language barrier, they make an effort to understand to our needs and attend to us almost immediate. The staff even give us suggestions of where and what we can do around Mui Ne.

The experience was very good. First of all, I am very grateful to the sister at the front desk of the hotel. My son had stomachache and vomiting and needed to go to the clinic for treatment. The sister at the front desk took the initiative to accompany me and went back to work only after the child's condition stabilized. I am really grateful. Secondly, the overall quality of the hotel staff is very high. When passing by, every staff member will take the initiative to smile and greet warmly. When it rains, they will take the initiative to hand their umbrellas to guests.

Сейчас в отеле, номера, питание, территория достойного европейского уровня. Апгрейд номеров через дорогу на стандарт у моря 400 000донгов, на бунгало 1000 000донгов в день. Отель в меру заполнен. Цены на все в отеле сильно выше чем на улице. Территория вся в зелени, из живности замечены ящерицы, белки, большие тараканы, одна крыса, но никто не напрягает. Завтраки достойные, питание на улице дешевле и лучше. Дают бесплатные велосипеды, ржавое ломье, один не доехал до выхода, на втором спадала цепь каждый км, чуть докатили назад, руки по локоть в смазке, но при упорство можно доскрипеть километров 10-15 на свой страх и риск, со второй попытки доехали до рыбацкой деревни. В море купаться комфортно до обеда, потом прилив и сильные волны, есть волнорез вдоль берега, пару раз ужалили медузы (их немного но здоровенные) до волдырей, вроде само проходит. Дожди есть только в прогнозах. Из цен на улице: дуриан 100 000донгов за кг, фреши 15 000, кокос 20 000, суп фо 50 000, ужин примерно 300 000, качественный ром 160-200 000, пиво 13 000, такси в хошимин 75 долларов. Туристов мало, ресторанчики все пустые. Итог: тель хороший, удачно расположен, для спокойного нетусовочного отдыха, могу рекомендовать к заказу

Muong Thanh is a nice hotel with amazing pool. However, the sea water in that area was kinda itchy and not so clear water but probably it’s the season of the jellyfish. There was a time the entire hotel had a power outaged at night time and it took an hour to fixed it back, so we decided slept with an open balcony hoping that some air came inside the room. Apart from that experience everything was great especially the people working in there. The manager in the restaurant was very nice, He is always smiling and tried to help with his staffs too. The staffs were nice and friendly. The breakfast food was great. The front office manager and staffs were nice too, they gave us late checkout.

The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

A great hotel for quiet rest. Abundant breakfast with local kitchens and usual dishes. We had a semi-pansion, dinner on the menu with a choice from each section. The hotel area is very clean, tidy and beautiful. The restaurant is located right on the shore with excellent view. 2 pools are clean, the cheeslons are lots around, always were free. Towels lie in the pool stacks, replace without any cards. Sand and smooth in the water, beach strip is wide, long and very clean. Water is very warm but not transparent because of the sand. From lunch always winds and waves increase, but it does not prevent swimming. Some bite beach flies, our repellents didn't help. On the recipe free of charge is given oil from bites, good help. On the shore along the water you can reach almost at the beginning of the village. Take a taxi to the village minutes 5, green taxi always standing at the hotel, travel only by taxi, goes 55-70 thousand baht. , walking 30 minutes. On the resepshen you can always change the currency to baht with a good rate. The spa in the hotel is almost 3 times more expensive than the village salons. The rental fairy tales can be put on the hotel parking. There is a gym, but very weak. For the lovers of runs it is possible to run in the morning on the coast on a wet dense sand to the full tide or to the village on the road from the edge (about 2-km), all are driven and not scary, in the village begins a pavement on kilometers. On the other side of the hotel there is a small shop with water and all the small things, there is also a small cafe with the menu in Russian, but people there have never seen. Fruit can only be bought in the village itself, their huge choice there. There are many cafes and shops, often you can pay in the shops with a card. The tour was taken at the local tour agency Dima-Tour, they have a site. They have ordered a transfer to the airport.
