Prachtig hotel op een werkelijk unieke locatie aan het Lago d'Orta. De kamers zijn stijlvol, het uitzicht is adembenemend en het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam – we voelden ons echt welkom. Wel waren er een paar zaken die niet volledig aansloten bij het luxe niveau van het hotel. Voor een omelet bij het ontbijt werd €20 extra gerekend, en ook het huren van een SUP-board kostte €20 per uur. In een hotel van deze klasse verwacht je dat dit soort services inbegrepen zijn, zodat het gevoel van ontspanning en volledig ontzorgd worden compleet is. Al met al een heerlijke ervaring, met ruimte voor verfijning op het gebied van prijsbeleid voor extra’s.

Ottima struttura, di design, molto curata nei minimi dettagli e nella pulizia. Molto apprezzato il beach club per la piscina a sfioro con vista sul lago e la zona spiaggia. Ottimo il ristorante presente all'interno della struttura in quanto offre una bella esperienza culinaria. Ottima anche la posizione per fare delle passeggiate fronte lago. Da migliorare la colazione (soprattutto in termini di vastità dell'offerta) in quanto non all'altezza della struttura nel suo complesso. Riguardo i servizi non era di mio gradimento il fatto che molti non fossero compresi e per qualsiasi attività fosse necessario pagare un extra (es. noleggio SUP a €20).

Beautiful hotel nearby lake, very luxurious rooms and very friendly staff. I had a problem with my car and the responsible call several BMW garages to find a solution for me. The french lady of the breakfast is very friendly. The other staff is still bit young and inexperienced, you can see the difference

Questa struttura rappresenta senz' altro un'eccellenza per una vacanza sul Lago d' Orta. Le sistemazioni disponibili sono lussuose ed impeccabili. Il personale é particolarmente cordiale ed attento ad ogni richiesta del Cliente. Fantastica la piscina con vista lago. Ottimo il ristorante, eccellente il servizio. Possibilità di noleggiare piccole imbarcazioni per escursioni sul lago. Una vacanza che ha superato ampiamente le mie aspettative. Caldamente consigliato. Un grazie a tutto lo staff del Resort! ❤️

Servizio spiaggia inesistente e nessuna doccia sulla spiaggia! Il personale latitante Frigo in camera vuoto: solo 2 bottiglie di acqua. Bagno buio e scomodo. Il wc dietro la porta è anche pericoloso. Colazione sotto standard. Cameriera che prendeva le ordinazioni con giacca molto sporca sul davanti non è un bel vedere.

Posizione incantevole. Da migliorare: 1. Servizio. In piscina raramente passa un cameriere a chiedere se tutto va bene e prendere delle ordinazioni. Bisogna andare a cercarli. Inoltre la sera, è dovuto passare il manager a dirci che la piscina chiudeva nonostante ci fosse un ragazzo a “copertura” della piscina. 2. Camere: Luci in camera di difficile gestione, molto poco intuitiva. Il rubinetto del bagno rende impossibile lavarsi la faccia senza fare un lago intorno. 3. Varietà colazione. Dall’hotel di Cannavacciuolo ci si aspetta che anche la colazione sia superlativa 4. Turndown: tornate dall piscina abbiamo trovato una bustina trasparente con due caramelle sul letto. Bah…! 5. Poche prese in camera, soprattutto vicino al letto. Unica chance attaccarsi in bagno con prese Bene: 1. Spa pazzesca con ottimo team e Spa Manager incantevole 2. Front desk: reattivi nella gestione dell’auto in caso di indisponibilità parcheggi 3. Spazio spiaggia, servizi in acqua, e location piscina davvero bellissimi. Bello ma migliorabile
