We stayed at The Perry on the recommendation of a local resident and loved it! Great walkable location to town! The hotel was built in 1899 yet is in beautiful condition! The room was very clean, lovely bed and bath linens, a balcony was an added benefit and the food at the restaurants was delicious (something that is rare in hotel restaurants)!

What a beautiful hotel located in town near the bay. This hotel is grand with a huge fireplace and seating where you can enjoy a cozy warm afternoon. We watched a gorgeous sunset from the lawn sitting area. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms clean and comfortable. We walked around the quaint town of Petosky and had dinner.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! It is located right on downtown Petoskey which allows for walking to most places. The detail to service is amazing and the breakfast are delicious.
