Great
CCangjiujieqiFacilities: If you're traveling with kids who want to play in the water, I wouldn't recommend this place for families, as the diving area of the pool is off-limits to children.
Service: Standard, efficient, but quite robotic. When I took my child to the pool, a staff member approached us with a reminder. There was a language barrier, so this senior staff member used a phone translation app to inform me, ”Children are not allowed to bathe in the diving pool.” I called the front desk from my room to inquire. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese and explained that children couldn't use the diving pool for safety reasons, as there was no lifeguard. They also said they would look into the staff member's use of the phrase ”not allowed to bathe.” About half an hour later, a manager on duty called back. They explained that the diving pool is near the spa area, which is why children are not allowed to play there. As for their staff using incorrect terminology, they would provide additional training. The whole experience felt very mechanical and left me quite uncomfortable. My personal experience with the service felt ”like accidentally swallowing a fly.”
AAR_ManI had a wonderful stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The team made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing experience in KL.
SshannonchowzKL Staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL ✨
Had a lovely staycation here and the location is absolutely perfect!
From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to Jon at the front desk, he’s such a gem! Despite the long weekend rush and a packed lobby, he attended to us with genuine friendliness. It was my belated birthday, and I really appreciated the thoughtful wishes & allowing us for a late check-out.
The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — we had a great night’s sleep. Loved the strong rain shower and complete toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, even a hair dryer).
We also chilled at The Botanist Lounge & Bar. Usually there’s live music, but since I dropped by on a Monday it was quiet and calm — perfect for a drink, some chats, or even a good read.
Breakfast at Thyme was another highlight. The buffet spread is wide and satisfying, with plenty of choices. Pro tip: go before 8.30–9am for a more relaxed experience (breakfast runs from 6.30am–10.30am).
Getting around is a breeze too — the hotel is surrounded by malls and connected to public transport. You’ve got Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Starhill, and Pavilion KL just steps away. From Pavilion, you can even walk through the connecting bridge all the way to Suria KLCC and the Convention Centre. Plus, the MRT nearby takes you straight to TRX, one of KL’s newest malls.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality, amazing location, and thoughtful touches that made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for a city getaway! 🌿
SSam_6Location : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my second visit, and I chose it based on its convenient location, easily accessible to the city center by foot. However, the alleyway leading to the hotel was always packed with people and cars
Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The hotel lobby was perpetually crowded with people waiting to check in or out, but there wasn’t any proper storage room for luggage.
Check-in involved using a queue system where you had to press a number and wait for your number to be called.
The swimming pool was on the top floor, and sometimes the lifts’s floor would be full of water after people had finished using it.
Lifts were also packed with people at certain hours, and there were only four lifts available for the entire building, which housed over 900 rooms.
Value for 💲 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️
For the price paid to stay overnight, I don’t have any comments because I found it cheaper than any of the hotels nearby. However, if you can tolerate the traffic and crowds, I think it’s a good deal.
QQuizoxyThe staffs were very helpful to assist to our needs.
The hotel was dusty, and mouldy. We found mouldy biscuit under the sofa after we dropped a pen under the sofa.
Some of the lights in the room were not working. The hotel helped fixed one of the light. Another light failed again.
We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and had swapped 1 room as it was spiritually unclean. The new room was slightly better but we decided to forfeit two nights to go elsewhere.
1 of the room had views of the tower. However lights are bright at night, curtains better to be drawn in bed room.
AAnonymous UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, with a landmark building visible right outside the window. The suite itself is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families, and there's ample room for everyone to spread out. The front desk staff were wonderfully warm and helpful, and communication was seamless. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be choosing this place again on my next visit.
KKit SiongAbsolutely loved my stay! The room was so comfy and well-equipped, and I really enjoyed the gym and pool. The in-room pantry was a brilliant touch and super handy throughout my stay. On top of that, having a restaurant and 24-hour mart just minutes away made everything incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.
RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)I recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. That said, there was one particular staff member (I won’t mention names) who came across as less approachable – a minor point, but worth noting.
The room itself was average. Soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise was sometimes noticeable. Basic amenities were provided, but on several occasions I had to request additional items, as they were missing from the room.
Breakfast and dining options had a nice taste, but the variety could be expanded to make the experience more enjoyable for longer stays.
In summary, this hotel delivers a good overall experience and offers decent value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range across Southeast Asia. It’s not perfect, but it’s comfortable enough for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.
SSweet ChelseaThe most thing I like about this is the services, the person in charge handling me well, give clear instructions, easy for check in guiding me till check out. And of course for the room are satisfied me because its so clean, tidy and completed with what I want should be.
IilkashongThe location of the property is excellent — very convenient and close to many attractions. However, the soundproofing is quite poor; we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. The cleanliness could be improved, and the overall condition of the place feels a bit old. Also, no toilet paper was provided in the bathroom, which was unexpected.
