Poor cleanliness and surly counter waiter

Basically, I didn't see any major problems. The front desk was very good. I really didn't understand what he meant at first 😂, but later I used a translator and gestures to solve the problem. I paid 100🐎 in cash as a deposit, and when I left, he confirmed that there was no problem with the room, and my cash was quickly returned.

The price is not expensive. The facilities are very good. It may not be a new hotel, but it is okay to sleep in. It is not scary. Compared to the price, it is worth it.

The king-size bed room I booked was actually two small beds put together, with a deep gap between the beds. The room smelled musty, and the toilet smelled foul. The sheets were dirty, and the blankets and pillows were not changed for years, emitting a strong stench. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel 👎

The room was clean, but the bedsheets and quilts were yellow, there was no disposable toothpaste, the facilities were relatively simple, but fortunately there was a window. The overall experience was average, and I could only make do with it. The most annoying thing was the self-service check-in function, which was too troublesome. I could only contact them through WhatsApp, but it was always a robot communication. I waited for more than ten minutes before someone responded. It took me half a day to check in, which was extremely troublesome. I also had to pay a deposit of 100 Malaysian ringgits, and I didn't know when I could get a refund. Alas.
