Reasonable price for the stay. Easy access to food and convenience stores. Breakfast provided simple and nice.

Is ok for short stay, very good location and value for money . consider clean and comfortable.

Hard to find parking as only have 10 spaces for the guests. Sambal and fried chicken are nice to eat during breakfast.

Good: - friendly & helpful staff - secured carpark with gates. But limited bays available. - tidy and functioning room. - convenient location, a few eateries next to hotel. Just 3 mins drive to One Utama mall. - hearty simple breakfast. - hot & cold water dispenser at corridor. Bad: - the bath water splashing whole bathroom and even into the bedroom Overall a value for money stay.

Several times staying here for my business trip. Overall okay One avenue hotel provided meals. Good, will booking again when business trips here.

Nice for a budget hotel. Nearby facilities and easy to access.

The staff attitude needs to Changed that working midnight shift 13th Apr 2024, not friendly..

Wished they have separated smoking floors/rooms… although the ozone machine’s helped but the smell came back as soon as another room starts to light up. Otherwise it’s a reasonable place to stay. 👍

location is good as it near to one utama shopping centre and to the north south highway, although room is small but consider ok, somemore come with free parking and free breakfast

We will stay here again. Value for money. Beakfast taste good
