Other hotels were full, so stay here since no alternative. Front office not friendly

Hotel is simple and clean. Location is a little far from Sunway city center. Need Grab ar to move around.

The service is frankly disappointing. I booked two rooms and when I arrived, there was already a person before me to check in. It took around 30 mins before my turn and when it was my turn, I waited around 20 minutes. Received the key card but only 1. When I asked them, they made me to go back in line to get another 1 more key card. And waited around for another 40 mins. After getting the key cards, we went to the room and after few hours, we had to change 1 room due to air conditioner cannot change. Plus there was mirror on top of ceiling and the bathroom door was clear door. Did not expect that.

Room filled with mosquitoes and insects on the wall and in the toilet. There was no soap in the toilet, but had shampoo. Checked out at 5am in the morning because of the itchiness from the insects,mosquitoes and possibly bed bugs in the room.

Mee to improve mattress, without hair dry , room too small , corridor need more light

The hotel rooms are not big, and the facilities are the most basic. The sanitary conditions are very average, and those who do not have high requirements for accommodation can stay here.

The room for 3 people is only 5 square meters, there are cockroaches in the shower, the TV is blurry, the bed is very old and dirty and has not been changed for 3 days, and there is no water. There are no slippers, so we walked around barefoot. There are no disposable toothbrushes, cups, or hair dryers. It costs RM50 to borrow them, and it also costs RM50 when renting the room. It is very different from the photos and reviews. It should be the worst HOTEL I have ever stayed in!
