NO TOILET PAPER, NO COOKING PLATES, NO MUGS, NO NETFLIX/PRIME VIDEO, NO BATHROOM FLOOR TOWEL, BROWN SHEETS, just a room with a hard SOFA , EARLIEST CHECKOUT time in Malaysia & BAD HOST that ignores messages. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want a comfortable stay where you feel welcome.
For a 2 bedroom apartment; there should be an electric pot OR a 1 plate stove/cooker and at least 1 small pot, but there is none. There is tiny bowls, you literally can not use to prepare lite meals from a microwave too. There is no NETFLIX or PRIME accounts, you are told to use yours and the hosts tells you they have provided the TV, you should use your own login details. You feel unwelcome. There is no kitchen towels and no floor bathroom towels provided. The apartment has a hard, uncomfortable sleeper sofa for a lounge sofa; the lack of necessities is as if to say; sleep & leave. The Checkout time is also too early:11am; earlier than all hosts at Mossaz. The host ignores requests and sends you checkout messages so early. The room deco is nice, bed sheets are not white; something I personally don’t like for a hotel setup; so you could literally be sleeping on used sheets. Doors to & from the bathroom do not work well. The price becomes high considering the lack of necessities for Mossaz. This would NEVER be my first choice for Mossaz; unless others are not available. All things negative about this place can be sorted; but the host is not willing.

The management service is bad, slow response. The amenities(toothbrush and body shampoo) are out of stock and text for help but cs only reply sorry and do not take any action on it. (Reply after few hours)
We booked for 4 pax and only provided us 3 toothbrush, refer to the pic attached and you will know the amount of shampoo they gave 🙃
The Bila Bila Mart which located in the building always running out of mineral water, kindly bring your own water if you are a person who usually take lots of water!!!! There is no water supply in the unit itself.

The accommodation conditions are OK, but I feel that the sheets are not changed. There are no basic facilities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. There is no mineral water, which is not a good point. Because the supermarket here is not open yet, it is not convenient to buy water. The TV is relatively large, so those who like to watch TV in bed can come and try it.
