It cost me RM133.20 for a night in a deluxe king bed room. This including breakfast. It sound good, yet there are some points that I personally don't appreciate. 1. Location. The way to the hotel is quite misleading, even with the help of Google Map and waze. I miss a few important junction. No roadsign put in place. There are lots of construction projects around the hotel. 2.poor car park. The condition of the car park is similar to a old building. Dirty and dim light. 3.room. the bed is clean and comfortable. However, the facilities is old and some switches doesn't work well. Wi-Fi is slow, I can't stream YouTube smoothly. I have to turn on my own data plan to avoid frustration. 4. I request for a iron and ironning board. The ironning board seems dirty and old (chocolate coloring on the cover). 5. No safe box in the room. I can't have my important thing in the room when I was out. 6. Breakfast is poor for a hotel standard. The food is at street level. Plates are cold and few selection of food. Local food like fried rice, Nasi lemak, porridge, fruit. Coffee and tea. I can have better standard at mamak stall/restautant outside. Not worth to include breakfast with the room. In general, I would not recommend this hotel. I book this place because my friends are living nearby (15mims drive radius) and easy to access to hotel after a late night activities in the town.

Overall stay was okay. There are some area of improvements required:
1) Swimming pool : Need to collect the towels from the gym but no one was there. When towels are not enough, no one to ask from.
2) Toilet : There are no light at the shower area. A-bit dark and small. The thermostat for the shower was not working well, awhile too hot awhile too cold.
3) Room : Overall okay but a little too dusty. My husband has been sneezing since he checked in to the room.
4) Buffet breakfast : Selection of food and beverages okay.

Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

GGuest UserNot in a central city location, but the mall connected to the hotel is fantastic and… huge! You can practically shop and eat anything you want just in this one mall. The hotel itself has great breakfast spread. The service is top notch. Most important of all, the room is clean and comfortable.

HHenry.AngThis isn't my first stay here, but it's definitely a hotel I would choose again. The staff greets you warmly as soon as you step into the entrance. Check-in is quick, and the room is clean and well-kept. I had a room with a view of the pool, which my son absolutely loved. The breakfast was great, and the hotel's location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk to One Utama shopping mall.

I recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Sheraton PJ, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The reception staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
We were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a delicious cake—a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued as guests. Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly.
While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent.
Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, our experience at Sheraton PJ was nothing short of exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

RRenan GWas at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. Speed is ok and consistent. 5) Buffet Breakfast Surprisingly for Ibis standard, the buffet breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

NNeenaI recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease.
Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out.
This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. It's old and has alot of character(s) The cleanliness is not bad but you can definitely see the age showing through the apparent stains and cracks littered around. Checking in was quick albeit the lack of air-conditioning upon entering. Entering the lift felt like going back in time. The top floor ”P” is doesn't really stand for (P)ool rather is a ”wellness centre” with ”massages” for RM98 with the option to have said ”massage” in your room. Do what you will with that information. The floor which I was on smelt like a smoky pub. The room itself smelt fine and was actually pretty nice and had a vintage ambiance with the mirror and painting along with the light fixtures and wood trimming. My room had a window which couldn't be opened but still allowed sunlight thru. The air-conditioning is also dated but it was cold enough. The beds were clean but I did find a strand hair which wasn't mine 🤣. Toilets were not bad. The place is old and is definitely in need of refurbishment but for a place to lay your head and have some shut eye it's alright. If you're germaphobe it's probably out of the question.

RRelax437021.The towel and quilt is not clean, I got red spots on my whole body from the first day.When I checked out and try to negotiated this case with staff, at that time I didn't wanna anything but a say. They showed non respect attitude, they don't care about the case and they 100% don't want to be responsible. After stay I went to hospital, doctor said it was because I used unclean towel. It was very severs, so I can only ask sick leave for 1 week from work. Because the attitude and responds I got from hotel, this time I asked booking.com help me to go and negotiate for me, but the booking get the same answer, the hotel don's not possible to open the door. 3. Extremely low cost performance! The price I paid doesn't equals the room and service I get. Strongly don't recommend!!!!! 1. The towels and quilt sheets of the hotel were not clean and I developed a red rash after the first night of my stay. I tried to communicate with the staff and their supervisors on this matter when I checked out. I didn't mean to pay for it, I meant to say it, but the attitude they gave me from their staff and supervisors was that they didn't care what happened after I checked in, and they didn't want to take any responsibility. After the trip I went to the hospital and the doctor replied after the diagnosis that it was caused by the use of the hotel's dirty towels. Because the rash was so bad, I was able to ask for a week's sick leave and it had a very big impact on my work. After the doctor's diagnosis, I communicated directly with the hotel before, and the hotel gave a disrespectful attitude. This time I let booking.com come forward to help me communicate this thing. The result was the same. The hotel was completely irresponsible. I said that it would strengthen health management. I was very disappointed with this sense of responsibility and hygiene of their hotel staff. 2. The room was very, very small. Even if you bring the boarding box, you can't open the door when you open the boarding box. 3. Very low cost performance! Highly not recommended!!!

AAlfredo KEverything is in good condition, enjoyed my stay due to near to every facilities. Toilet is clean, but the pillow and bedsheet have stain. Location is near Sunway Pyramid and food shops.
Strategic location with lift and water purifier machine outside the room. The environment of the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are several supermarkets, and the price is cheap. There are restaurants next to it, McDonald's and Burger King. There are foreign currency exchanges in the nearby streets, several Chinese restaurants, pharmacies, clinics... everything you need for life is available.
Very comfortable sleep, clean, complete security system, key card provided, free drinking water, both hot and cold water, next to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant. Malaysian food, Chinese food, Japanese food within walking distance.
Fast check-in and check out with deposit fixed amount of MYR 50.00. Aircond is very cold and fan is provided too. Toilet has slipper and shampoo too. Clothes hanger and water container with cup provided too.
