Simple and cozy hotel. Lots of parking space available. Hotel with only basic needs. It was a pleasant stay. Aircond sejuk gila!

We had a happy stay! Our room is perfect.. clean and tidy. The gym and pool is awesome. Syikin and Nani at the reception was really kind and helpful. The location: slightly not easy to find. We use Google Map and asked the security guard to tell us how to get to the lobby. Overall, happy and peaceful, thank you!

It was the best stay for me as the unit was extremely clean and subtle. Truly loved the ambiance that I had no regrets of extending another one night. Definitely worth coming back.

After staying in the same hotel for the last 30 years…..a little sad to see the hotel growing old……aircon not adjustable, room service very poor (check in without even basic tea bag, 2nd day shock to see they clean the bed but forgot the toilet with no changed towels and no water replenishment)

Location : Linked to Paradigm Mall Room was clean and with great city view . Bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub. Lobby wasn’t great and look old ….

Great Hotel and very convenient for everything. Many GOOD Food evwrywhere.... Nice decoration & very neat. Convenient underground parking for All those coming by own car. Will definitely come Back to This Hotel Anytime i visit PJ area....easy to also Travel to KL area for a walk....Hotel staffs are fantastic. Very friendly and helpfull... keep it great!👍

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Service was superb.. From the time that we step in till we went up to rooms. Hotel was clean and nice ambience. Good job too all the staff who put a lot effort for full fill guest satisfaction . this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider
