Amazing stay! Highly recommended!
The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view incredible! Waking up to sunrise over the mountains, hearing the birds (and rooster!) was so peaceful. The hosts, Jeannette and her husband, were super nice and personable, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and very delicious, with so many choices of beverage and foods, both Italian style and American style . Parking was free and available upon prearranged request, right in front of the building. Walkable to the city if you don't mind the steep climbs. This was a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Perugia or the Umbria region.

Stayed here for 6 nights. It was our base for exploring Perugia. Staff were lovely, all were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The views from our room and the breakfast terrace were beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is ideally sited as it's peaceful and away from the centre.

Perfect peaceful and friendly bed and breakfast
What a wonderful guest house with attentive service.
The location is perfect, in a peaceful area with amazing views from the balcony yet just a short stroll away from the centre of the old town. We saw lots of birds from the hotel.
In the afternoon when the balcony was in shade, the sun terrace was perfect to sit and read a book.
Perugia is such an historic and beautiful city unspoilt by tourism. We meet a lot of people who didn't speak English which was lovely.
We would thoroughly recommend Il Punto.
PS although there is a kettle, I'd recommend that you bring your own coffee sachets

Such a beautiful place with the most amazing view! Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful and just what we needed for our one night stay. Easy walk to Perugia center and all the sights. Breakfast had plenty of options. Highly recommend

Nos hospedamos por 4 noches, para visitar Perugia, Excelente decisión este hotel. La vista desde la habitación es preciosa, todos los espacios decorados con mucho detalle y gusto, la zona del desayuno muy agradable. Jeanette y Luciano nos ayudaron desde que hicimos la reserva, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomendamos sin dudar !

Lovely little gem. Perfectly located with friendly staff. Incredible views, smart clean rooms. Plus wonderful breakfast room too.
