What can I say, apart from being immediately close to the Historic Center and therefore having the City within reach, for the rest I would have many hesitations: if you are experienced speleologists I recommend the room they gave me, but bring a miner's helmet , ropes and so on and, above all, try not to exceed 1.50 meters in height... otherwise it will be painful! As for the presence of the staff, good luck: if they respond to text messages you're lucky, don't be under any illusions if you try to contact them by phone. Finally, the boxes containing the keys will take you some time (if you have any to spare) both to open and close. For the rest everything is fine... 😳😱🤣

Structure in a central and convenient position for visiting the city. Well furnished rooms, modern bathroom. However, the evaluation can only be negative: our room was accessed via a very narrow spiral staircase, difficult to descend with suitcases, and above all, from the stairs, there was a very strong and unhealthy smell of mold. Insufficient services: when I asked for an additional blanket, I was told that no other blankets were available. It was snowing outside and I felt very cold during the night.

Reading the reviews about the property on Booking, I booked the Deluxe "Lorenzo" room. The solution I chose turned out to be a bed area without air conditioning, without a window, with a very uncomfortable bed and an unusable wardrobe, the only windows are those in the bathroom and the living room/entrance with a view of an internal courtyard full of pigeons and their droppings. The bathroom is almost new and quite clean, but half of the bathroom products described on Booking are missing. Access to the room I booked is via a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties. In the room you will not find a fridge, but there will be some earplugs that you will need to prevent the forced alarm at 8.00 when the bell above your room starts ringing for about 1 and a half minutes. Although the structure was in an excellent position in relation to the centre, I would not recommend this place to anyone, the quality/service/price ratio is not adequate.
