Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do.
The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

The room is quite big and the environment is also OK! Also relatively clean
The only thing is there is no elevator! It’s a bit tiring to carry the luggage! Just walk out to the city center! It is very convenient!

I loved this place. The hotel room and look of the hotel is historical and aged beautifully. I would stay there again, which is huge for me to say considering I did not have air conditioning in my room. Air conditioning is important and helpful for me to sleep well and enjoy my travels. But the fan and the open window were good enough. The hotel location is fabulous, the view on the huge front porch is outstanding, very well decorated and historical. The complimentary breakfast was better than all of the other places I had breakfast while in Italy.

We had a night at this hotel as a family of four. Property is a lovely old hotel just on the edge of the old town. The old town can be accessed through a walk from the front of the hotel or via the escalator 100 yards behind the hotel. Room was small but comfortable (bunk beds and a double bed with ensuite bathroom). Bathroom was modern and both room and bathroom were spotless. No air conditioning but fans are provided in the room and large shuttered windows to the outside provide ventilation (but it does get hot on very hot days). Owners were lovely (one even gave us a lift to the train station when our cab did not show up on time). The hotel itself is a great building - fantastically decorated ceilings and a really nice terrace overlooking the walled entrance to the old town (where breakfast is also served). Breakfast is basic and good value (coffee and pasty). Loved the ambience of hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura storica per una sola notte, avendo organizzato una toccata e fuga a Perugia last minute. La struttura è storica, molto bella e l'arredamento semplice e grazioso. Terrazzo per la colazione top. Tutti molto gentili, ad iniziare da Mheraf, il referente della struttura, persona affidabile e super disponibile. Certamente ci ritorneremo. Dopo il musicista R. Wagner, anche io posso dire di aver soggiornato all'Hotel Iris.

Che la struttura è antica si capisce subito, non appena si arriva. La terrazza antistante dev'essere magnifica in estate, all'ingresso c'è una scala a chiocciola di legno piuttosto impressionante. L'intero stabile avrebbe bisogno di massicce ristrutturazioni, ma l'atmosfera è decisamente affascinante. Da provare, se ci si sa adattare.

Un hermoso palacio vecino a la entrada de la ciudad. Las habitaciones de época, con los techos decorados, pero todo en inmejorables condiciones. El desayuno se podía tomar en una terraza con unas vistas hermosas. Nos atendieron super bien. Tiene parking propio.
