The hotel is very well located next to the entrance to the escalator, which takes you to the top in 5 minutes. I would especially like to note how attentive they are when checking in, everything is very fast and thorough. Kettle in the room - very useful

When I saw the reception I was a bit afraid of what the rooms would be like, even though I had read nothing but good reviews. But my room was fine and very neatly maintained. We were received very kindly. Breakfast is in a bar around the corner. Not very extensive but enough choice. We were also received very friendly there and everything was neatly explained. The location of the hotel is great. There are escalators across the hotel that lead you to the center. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely location, helpful staff.
What a lovely little hotel. Great location to escalators to the historical area. Staff so very helpful and breakfast at the Prime Time cafe perfect.
If walking from train station, make sure you take the mini metro as so many hills and stairs up!

Very good value in old hotel 7 minutes walk from the centre of Perugia.
Best to let them know what time you will arrive as there may not be someone on reception otherwise.

Very nice hotel in historic building.
This hotel is very near the centre, very friendly and good value for money. The only disadvantage is that there are no carpets and tile flooring so you occasionally hear the chairs in the room upstairs scraping along the floor.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis
Das Hotel, die Adresse und Preis / Value sind sehr gut. Der Kontakt vor der Ankunft war inexistent (über mehrere Stunden war keiner erreichbar), und der Zimmerschlüssel klemmte für mindestens 5 Minuten jedes mal wenn wir versuchten ins Zimmer einzutreten. Aber sonst sehr freundlich, sehr nah zur Altstadt, geschmackvolles Zimmer - eigentlich waren wir vom Zimmer positiv überrascht.
Nächstes Mal wieder (wenn sie den Schloss zum Zimmer in den Griff kriegen).
