Hotel top... Ci siamo trovati davvero bene... Buon cibo ,gentilezza del personale, pulizia, colazione golose al punto giusto ,e prezzo onestissimo.... Per una gita fuori porta a Perugia ,o come nel nostro caso come appoggio per visitare Umbria , super comodo... Mancheranno le Vs super colazioni e super cene...Monica ,la nostra cameriera per eccellenza ... il suo super sorriso e il suo modo solare sono sicuramente un bel biglietto da visita... immensamente grazie per la passione che hai nel tuo lavoro..! Cibo orrendo immangiabile stanze di pessima qualitá sconsigliato,il bagno aveva il water che si apre sulla doccia,ritornando al cibo nemmeno le patatine fritte sono riusciti a fare. la doccia del bagno era rotta.la televisione è almeno anni 70 fortemente sconsigliato

Esperienza sgradevole! Fortunatamente ho soggiornato solo due notti. Non ci tornerò più. Sarebbe necessaria una costante manutenzione e ristrutturazione, soprattutto dei bagni all'interno delle camere. Infatti il bagno della mia stanza era molto datato, in particolar modo la doccia. Mentre facevo la doccia, il doccino (o telefono della doccia) mi ha causato due tagli sul palmo della mano perché era vecchio e usciva un pezzo di plastica appuntito. Ho avvisato la reception ed è stato sostituito. Certamente se avessero controllato i bagni, ciò non sarebbe successo. Inoltre usciva dalla doccia poca acqua. La cena presso il ristorante dell'hotel è stata buona ma non mi avevano avvisato che il mercoledì il ristorante è chiuso. Né era scritto da nessuna parte. Un'altra mancanza! La colazione è discreta ma la sala è proprio vecchia, tipo anni 70!!! L' hotel è fuori mano. Vicino a piedi non c'è nulla.

Abbiamo soggiornato con famiglia. Bagno cieco, piccolo, con ciambella del water rotta, doccia che abbiamo evitato per la scarsa pulizia. Moquette piena di polvere per terra, letto con materasso da cambiare. Albergo rimasto indietro di 30 anni. Colazione decente per il resto da evitare.

Bene ma è ora di migliorare.
Bene, secondo le aspettative visto il prezzo rispetto alla media a Perugia, ma nonostante la convenienza, questo albergo ha bisogno di una bella ringiovanita. Arredamento, servizi e odori sono rimasti agli anni 90.

7 nights at Hotel Ilgo
In the first days it was extremely cold in the hotel.
The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). The hotel was full of guests and, on the first nights, they gave us extra blankets. After three days, the problem was solved by changing the room.
I had an emergency and needed to work on the computer one night. They provide me with one computer and Internet access.
Outside of the hours when guests were allowed access, they allowed us to sit in the dining room and served us hot tea.
The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very attentive.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Posizione ,appartata,silenziosa. Bella camera, molto confortevole al quarto piano, completamente ristrutturato. Buona colazione. Personale molto professionale e cordiale. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Bravi.
