Hotel top... Ci siamo trovati davvero bene... Buon cibo ,gentilezza del personale, pulizia, colazione golose al punto giusto ,e prezzo onestissimo.... Per una gita fuori porta a Perugia ,o come nel nostro caso come appoggio per visitare Umbria , super comodo... Mancheranno le Vs super colazioni e super cene...Monica ,la nostra cameriera per eccellenza ... il suo super sorriso e il suo modo solare sono sicuramente un bel biglietto da visita... immensamente grazie per la passione che hai nel tuo lavoro..! Horrible, inedible food. Poor-quality rooms. Not recommended. The bathroom had a toilet that opened onto the shower. Back to the food, they couldn't even make fries. The bathroom shower was broken. The television is at least from the 1970s. Highly not recommended.

Unpleasant experience! Fortunately, I only stayed two nights. I won't be returning. Regular maintenance and renovations are needed, especially to the bathrooms in the rooms. In fact, the bathroom in my room was very dated, especially the shower. While I was showering, the showerhead (or shower head) cut me twice on the palm of my hand because it was old and a sharp piece of plastic was sticking out. I notified the front desk and it was replaced. Certainly, if they had checked the bathrooms, this wouldn't have happened. Also, very little water came out of the shower. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, but they didn't warn me that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. Nor was that written anywhere. Another flaw! The breakfast is decent, but the dining room is really old, like it's from the 1970s!!! The hotel is out of the way. There's nothing within walking distance.

We stayed with family. The bathroom was small and windowless, with a broken toilet seat. We avoided the shower due to its lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dusty, and the bed mattress needed replacing. The hotel is 30 years old. The breakfast was decent, but otherwise, we'd avoid it.

7 nights at Hotel Ilgo
In the first days it was extremely cold in the hotel.
The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). The hotel was full of guests and, on the first nights, they gave us extra blankets. After three days, the problem was solved by changing the room.
I had an emergency and needed to work on the computer one night. They provide me with one computer and Internet access.
Outside of the hours when guests were allowed access, they allowed us to sit in the dining room and served us hot tea.
The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very attentive.
