Centrally located accommodation
Perfect place in the centre of perugia. Claudia is very welcoming and easy to contact. The only miss is that the private toilet is separated to the room

Old building with Etruscan wall. Good location close to main square. Good, well equipped kitchen. Ancient, atmospheric medieval street leading to the maze of streets in the old city and many attractions and opportunities. Especially liked the Roman gates and awesome churches. The incredible escalator system leading up from the lower city to the hilltop medieval city was convenient and very cool.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment, very close to the center of town. Claudia was a responsive and helpful host, and the place was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. We also liked the cozy decor and pictures from around the world.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per il periodo di capodanno. Claudia è davvero gentile e la causa ha tutto , non mancava davvero nulla. La posizione è ottima e si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi. Consiglio la strutta. Attenzione non è presente un’ascensore.

Groot verblijf in het centrum van Perugia. Goede communicatie en ontvangst, Claudia is erg behulpzaam.
Het is een oud gebouw, dus het is niet te vergelijken met moderne verblijven. Geluid buiten hoor je goed, binnen ook voornamelijk van de oude deuren. Badkamer echt aan vervanging toe. Bedden daarentegen sliepen erg fijn. Voor de prijs eigenlijk wat je er van zou mogen verwachten. Voor deze lage prijs vind je namelijk echt geen andere accomodatie! Voor onze 3 nachten citytrip daarom prima. De plaats Arezzo is ook zeker aan te raden (hebben wij met de trein gedaan).

Piacevolissima e super positiva esperienza! Approfitto di questa recensione per rinnovare i miei ringraziamenti alla Signora Claudia per la disponibilità, la cordialità e la simpatia con cui ci ha accolti e ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in occasione dell'Eurochocolate. Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito, pieno di comfort con letti comodi, in pieno centro in una posizione davvero strategica. Complimenti ancora e tanti cari saluti dal gruppo dei 5 di Palermo(LIMA).

Vicina al centro ma in Zona ZTL che mi ha costretto a lunghe camminate per raggiungere la mia auto.
Bagno (messo un po' male) in esclusiva, ma fuori dalla stanza in un appartamento condiviso da altri. Pulizia della camera buona.
Persona al check gentilissima, ma non ci tornerei
