ATTENZIONE, zona bruttissima, abbiamo assistito a Risse e litigi. Non ci si può fidare a lasciare la macchina nelle vicinanze. La pulizia lascia poi a desiderare. Il copriletto era bucato.

Al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera non in ordine. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, mi è stata data una nuova stanza, pulita, ordinata e profumata. Purtroppo, però, nella nuova camera non funzionava l'acqua calda per la doccia. Fortunatamente si è trattato di un soggiorno di una sola notte.
Consiglio: verificare la funzionalità delle camere prima di essere assegnate.

Prenotato una stanza matrimoniale per una notte: 110 € quindi non economico. Hotel scuro, stanza sporca e da rifare totalmente. Abbiamo fatto notare che il bagno si allagava perché usciva acqua dallo scarico: si sono scusati ma non ci hanno cambiato la stanza né hanno risolto il problema. Doccia vecchia (ancora con le due manopole per acqua fredda e calda), con porta del box rotta e soffione spaccato da cui usciva l’acqua in tutte le direzioni. Non consiglio di alloggiare qua.

Albergo centrale, un po’ datato, ma confortevole. Infissi di buona qualità, zero rumore dalla città. Ho dormito bene Personale di accoglienza gentile e molto molto accogliente Al mattino è possibile fare colazione in albergo, oppure prendere solo un buon caffè per iniziare bene la giornata.

Durante il mio breve soggiorno ho apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, che ha prontamente risolto un'iniziale assegnazione di una camera non in ordine, offrendomi una stanza pulita, ordinata e profumata. Segnalo che nella nuova camera l'acqua calda non era funzionante: un dettaglio importante da considerare per garantire un'esperienza ancora più piacevole agli ospiti. Sono certo che con piccoli accorgimenti il servizio potrà migliorare.

Da ristrutturare. Chiudere qualche mese, rifare gli infissi, gli isolamenti nelle pareti, rinnovare gli arredi. Rinnovare l'impianto elettrico. Così come si presenta non è idoneo: le prese sono scadenti e vecchie. C'è molta umidità e nel bagno esiste una minuscola finestrina che non chiude bene. In camera la finestra non ha la tapparella funzionante, resta alzata e bloccata. Le pareti sono ancora quelle divisorie di stanze d'appartamento anni '70, molto sottili e l'ambiente non sembra proprio pulito bene. La tenda è molto vecchia e impolverata. Le coperte non sono adeguate. Ci sono ospiti maleducati che ascoltano la tv in continuazione oppure parlano a voce alta al telefono in qualsiasi ora della notte. Anche dopo l'intervento del portiere notturno. Per chi riesce a dormire comunque la colazione è sufficiente. Meglio se si vuole spendere poco l'ostello cittadino.
