The old house is not far from the Perth subway station. The transportation is quite convenient. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and tableware. Only the hair dryer is missing. Overall, it is still cost-effective.

Lovely host, super easy communication. The place is okay, it is a older manor so things can look not the best if you know what I mean. The bathroom was spotless tho.

This hotel is very bad in every aspect. It is a fake hotel.
The check-out time is 10am to 12pm on the order form, but I was notified to check out at 9:30am. The female staff and the boss are very vicious and have a very bad attitude.
The female staff also lied and misled the boss.
The quilt and sheets are very clean.
The bed and the house are full of bugs and cockroaches.
I strongly do not recommend it. Very bad, very bad, very bad... ❗

Rooms are old dated poorly maintained and cleaned. I was left the wrong key in the drop box for the room. It was rectified. Cannot accommodate late check out.

I had a great time here - for what you pay the room is spacious and comes with a sink, microwave and fridge. Ensuite was clean and towels provided. Bed was comfortable and prime location close to Northbridge and Perth city centre (max 20 min walk) on a main road opposite McDonalds. Owners are lovely and always up for a chat when in office. A great place for a short or even long term stay.
