The hotel is conveniently located, with numerous restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is also quite close to McIver train station. I stayed there during a business trip, and getting around was straightforward, with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre easily accessible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. My room was on the third floor, exceptionally clean, pleasantly scented, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything met my expectations. The WiFi was sufficient for basic browsing, social media, and responding to work emails. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Friendly receptionist, and nearby to everywhere …  recommended… convenient for those who is catching a late night flight, they also provide day use  stay ..

Great location, located in the city centre. Walking distance to the main street that full of storesa dn underground.

Very near CBD and in between 2 train stations. Staff was not ok though I did not really feel the warmth as there were no smiles or greetings.

Upon staying there for 5 nights, I think the staff were really helpful and friendly from the moment when we first arrived for check in at around 12 plus in the morning till check out they were willing to give us advice on travelling to different tourists attractions. The hotel room is a little bit small and has a slightly old looking interior that could use some renovation due to slight rusting but the beds were very comfortable with a good, workable aircon. The basic necessities were included such as toothbrush, toothpaste and more but we did have to request for it from the reception as we couldn't find it in the bathroom. There wasn't many facilities but their new renovated lobby looks nice and comfortable to relax at. The location is very convenient as the Perth underground station is accessible by walking distance, there were a few supermarkets around like Woolsworth and Kmart and other shops to do window shopping like Uniqlo and Sephora. There are also quite a few eateries to eat at although they do close very early. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we felt welcomed. Recommended.

It is a simple business hotel with good location. Room is simple for short trips and everything works really well, such as showers, fridge, hot water, etc. My only challenge is for more days, there is no wardrobe to hang my clothes.

We had a late checkin cause of our flight but they were super accommodating!
