We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.

The location was convenient, but there was a club nearby, and maybe because it was the end of the year, there were young people making noise all night, so it was noisy. Even when the cleaning came, the cups and other things we used were not put away, and we left them outside the door the next day, but they were not replenished with new cups and other things.
