房間很大，設施齊全，而且風景特別好，給我們的能看到天鵝鐘塔和這個天鵝灣以及周邊的風景酒店的早餐還好，另外主要是游泳池的開放時間，從日出到日落是常年的温水，風景非常優美，游泳的體驗感很棒

訂了天鵝河景觀房，加了價格的，但給的是611房間，最低的一層，接待是西女孩子，我英語不夠好，12歲女兒與她溝通的，如果給最底層是否要找監護人確認一下才對？給我的房間樓層低就算了，還和對面的建築面對面，這是什麼鬼，天鵝湖變建築遮擋，每天開窗簾就是健身跑步的身影，懶得去換房，但對前台服務很不滿意，不給升級反而降級了，沒有什麼華人禮遇。跟酒店的説明有出入，沒有感受到其他住客的滿足感，一直追求品質住宿，這次的不爽是在其他高端酒店未曾體驗的，可能我不好彩遇到了不專業的前台服務吧

Amazing service. We arrived exhausted after a red eye flight and arrived 7am at the hotel. We were so glad we had an early check in and free upgrade. Will stay again. 2nd stay here since 2020.

房間總體不錯，但是燈光系統的切換不合理，尤其是衞生間燈光居然無法獨立控制，房間打掃整理的質量很高，地點也很好，去碼頭很方便，早餐品種不算多但也夠了，得知我們要上島玩還特意送了兩袋水果和零食，整體服務非常好。
