Great location in the heart of Chinatown and ample parking. Traffic is good as compared to Perth CBD area which is like 1km away.

It's just under a 20 minute walk from Perth Station. I stayed here for two nights.
The room and bathroom were clean, and the front desk staff were kind and polite, so it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities for toiletries were a bit lacking so it's best to bring your own.
Walls are quite thin so expect to be able to hear your neighbours the whole time.
